Սաքունցի եւ Խզմալյանի խնդրագիրը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանին

Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Արթուր Սաքունցը եւ կինոռեժիսոր Տիգրան Խզմալյանը դիմել են Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ խնդրելով մարտիմեկյան ջարդի ութերորդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ ազատել քաղբանտարկյալներին:
«Մեկ ամսից լրանում է նորանկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատմության ամոթալի եւ ողբերգական իրադարձության՝ Մարտիմեկյան ջարդի ութերորդ տարելիցը: Այդ օրը իշխանություններն առաջին անգամ կրակեցին ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վրա, որի հետևանքով սպանվեցին տասը քաղաքացիներ եւ հարյուրավորները ստացան տարբեր աստիճանի ֆիզիկական վնասվածքներ, տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ ազատազրկվեցին իրենց քաղաքական հայացքների համար։ Դա անթույլատրելի հարված էր ՀՀ-ի՝ որպես Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ երկրի ժողովրդավարությանը։ Այս ողբերգությունը դեռևս չի ստացել իր համարժեք իրավական եւ քաղաքական գնահատականը։
Անպատժելիությունը ծնեց նորանոր հանցանքներ պետության եւ նրա քաղաքացիների դեմ՝ հանգեցնելով խորը անջրպետի հասարակության եւ իշխանություններին միջեւ: Անկախ Հայաստանում այսօր կրկին քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ կան, որոնք անազատության մեջ են ոչ թե հանցագործության կատարման մեղադրանքով, այլ իրենց ազատատենչության եւ այլախոհության պատճառով:
Հայաստանի քաղաքացիական հասարակության անունից դիմում ենք Ձեզ՝ առաջարկով մինչեւ ս.թ. մարտի 1-ը ազատ արձակել բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին՝ կիրառելով ՀՀ նախագահին տրված սահմանադրական իրավունքը: Մեր պետության եւ նրա քաղաքացիների առջեւ խոյացող մարտահրավերների օրոք նման որոշումը կարող է լինել ժողովրդավարության և իրավական պետության սահմանադրական արժեքների նկատմամբ համազգային համերաշխության, վստահության և հավատի վերականգնման ճանապարհին կարեւոր, գիտակցված և անհրաժեշտ քայլ: Մենք դիմում ենք Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին եւ աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը, միջազգային հանրությանը եւ իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններին, խնդրանքով առցանց ստորագրել այս նամակը եւ այդպիսով սատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քաղաքական բանտարկյալներին ազատելու մարդասիրական պահանջը»,- նշված է Սաքունի եւ Խզմալյանի խնդրագրում: Գրության մեջ որեւէ անուն նշված չէ, եւ հայտնի չէ, թե «քաղբանտարկյալ» ասելով իրավապաշտպանն ու կինոռեժիսորը մասնավորապես ում նկատի ունեն:
