Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը շատ խոստումնալից մուտք գործեց, նրա խնդիրն այն է, որ արած գործերը նույնականացվեն իր հետ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց սոցիոլոգ Արթուր Պարոնյանը:
«Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանի մոտ մունիցիպալ օրակարգ չկա։ Սա խնդիր է, բայց ամեն դեպքում մուտքը շատ խոստումնալից էր։ Իր խոսույթը մաքուր քաղաքական է»,-ասաց նա:
«Իշխանության համար խնդիրը հետևյալն է, իրենք անպատճառ պետք է հավաքեն 51%: Իրենք շատ խելոք աշխատեցին, իրենց թեկնածուին բրենդավորեցին որպես տեղացի տղա, որը բազմաթիվ խոստումներ էր տալիս, բայց իրենք ոչ մի կերպ չէին մոտենում իրենց ուզած թվերին։ Այսինքն իշխանության դիրքերն ավելի լավն են, բայց իրեն հաջողության համար պետք է 51 տոկոս, իսկ այդ 51%-ը մնում է երազանք։ ԵՍ կարծում եմ, որ իրենք անկասկած պետք է զբաղվեն հետընտրական անասնագողությամբ, իսկ մինչև ընտրությունները իրենք պետք է փորձեն գտնել ինչ-որ ռեզերվներ ձայնային՝ մտցնելով քաղաքական տարբեր ուժեր: Դա եվրոդաշինքն է:
Իրականում ես իրենց փոխարեն այդպիսի բան չէի անի, քանի որ մինչ այդ ՔՊ-ի քաղաքական ձայները մնում էին Սարիկ Մինասյանին, իսկ հիմա ՔՊ-ի 10 տոկոս ռեյտինգի զգալի հատվածը գնալու են արևմտամետ ուժերին։ Դրանով իրենք Սարիկին փաստացի թուլացրեցին:
ՔՊ-ն Գյումրու ցուցակը քաղաքականացրեցին, իսկ քաղաքականացումը ՔՊ-ի տեսակետից մահ է, շատ վտանգավոր, եթե չասեմ, մահացու խաղ է իրենց համար, որովհետեւ ՔՊ-ի վարկանիշը 10%-ից ավել չկա։ Այն պահին, երբ որ մտնում է համապետական ՔՊ-ն, իրենք պարտվում են։
Երբ Սարիկն ասաց, որ Արցախում պարտվել ենք, որովհետեւ չեն կռվել, դա նվազեցրեց իրենց ձայները: Գյումրիում զինվորականների թիվը շատ է, ու զինվոր մարդուն, որը կռվել է, ասել, որ մենք չենք կռվել, դրա համար ենք կորցրել, պիտի ոչ հեռատես ստրատեգիա գրող ունենաս, որը այդպիսի բան անի»,-ասաց նա:
Արթուր Պարոնյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ ՔՊ-ն 50 տոկոս հաստատ չի հավաքելու:
Հարցին՝ այդ դեպքում ո՞ր ուժերի հետ ՔՊ-ն կարող է դաշինք կազմել, սոցիոլոգը պատասխանեց. «Ակնհայտորեն Եվրոդաշինքը իրենց հետ կմտնի դաշինքի մեջ: Իրենք ունեն ինչ-որ հաջողություն, շատ հնարավոր է, որ անցնեն 6%-ի շեմը: Աամեն դեպքում իրենք ակնհայտորեն դաշինքի մեջ են լինելու: ՔՊ-ն եւ Եվրոդաշինքը հավաքում են նույն թիվը, ինչ որ Սարիկ Մինասյանը հավաքում էր միայնակ: Հիմա իրենք տարանջատեցին, ու եթե հանկարծ այդ Եվրոդաշինքը չանցավ, իրենց համար դա կատաստրոֆա է լինելու»:
