Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է ու շատ ինտենսիվ վարժանքներ է անցկացնում եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններում անտառածածկ և լեռնային տեղանքում հնարավոր մարտական գործողությունների համար: Այս մասին գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը՝ ամփոփելով հունվար ու փետրվար ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի անցկացրած անհատական ու համատեղ զորավարժությունների ցանկը։

«Հունվարի 20-ից փետրվարի 7-ը Կարսում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ-ն մասնակցել է թուրքական կողմի կազմակերպած «Ձմեռ-2025» զորավարժություններին։ Այս զորավարժությունները հատուկ կազմակերպվել են սաստիկ ցրտի պայմաններում։ Զորավարժություններին ընդհանուր առմամբ մասնակցել է 18 երկրի 12199 զինվորական, որոնց թվում ներկայացված է եղել նաև Ադրբեջանը։

Փետրվարի 7-ից 11-ը Ադրբեջանը մասնակցել է Պակիստանում կազմակերպված «AMAN-2025» համատեղ զորավարժություններին։

Փետրվարի 20-ին Ադրբեջանում անց են կացվել ռազմածովային ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների հետ վարժանքներ, բայց այստեղ ուշագրավ է, որ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է․ «Եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններում անտառածածկ և լեռնային տեղանքում շարժական խմբերը ժամանակային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան առաջ են շարժվել նախատեսված ուղղությամբ և հաղթահարել դարանակալումը․․․»։

Փետրվարի 28—ին էլ Ադրբեջանում անց են կացվել «Պայքար խոր ձյան ծածկույթի և սաստիկ ցրտահարության պայմաններում» թեմայով զորավարժություններ, ընդ որում՝ ռազմածովային ուժերի հետևակային կորպուսի ստորաբաժանումների հետ։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ «ստորաբաժանումները կատարել են հակառակորդի դիվերսիոն-հետախուզական խմբի վնասազերծման խնդիրները։ Հետախուզական տվյալների հիման վրա թշնամու ապաստարանների կոորդինատները ճշգրտելուց հետո ծովայինները առաջ են շարժվել նշանակված ուղղությամբ՝ ձնառատ անտառապատ տեղանքով»։

Սա հրապարակային, բաց աղբյուրներով եղած պատկերն է, վստահ եմ՝ հետախուզական ու փակ աղբյուների տիրապետող գերատեսչությունները կունենան վարժանքների մասին հավելյալ տեղեկատվություն։ Սակայն անգամ բաց ու հրապարակային աղբյուրներով ակնհայտ է՝ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է ու շատ ինտենսիվ վարժանքներ է անցկացնում եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններում անտառածածկ և լեռնային տեղանքում  հնարավոր մարտական գործողությունների համար։

Ընդ որում, դրա համար կիրառվում է ամենամարտունակ ստորաբաժանումներից մեկը՝ ծովային հետևակը։ Կարծում եմ՝ «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» մասին հեքիաթներ կարդալու փոխարեն, պատկան գերատեսչություններում ճիշտ կանեն հետևել և ժամանակին բարձրաձայնել Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր ագրեսիվ ծրագրերի մասին, քանի որ դրանց թիրախում մեր պետությունն է։ Միշտ հիշեք՝ նմանատիպ զորավարժությունները հենց այնպես չեն անցկացվում, դրանք հստակ նպատակ ունեն՝ պատրաստվել հնարավոր ագրեսիայի։ Դրա մասին ժամանակին շատ բաց տեքստով խոսել էր Ադրբեջանի Միլլի Մեջիսի պատգամավորներից մեկը։ Ադրբեջանը շատ ազնիվ է իր ագրեսիվ ծրագրերում, մնում է մենք սովորենք դրանք ժամանակին տեսնել ու կանխել՝ բոլոր հնարավոր գործիքակազմերով»,-գրել է նա:
