Քպ-ական տարբեր տրամաչափի պաշտոնյաներ մշտապես սկանդալների կենտրոնում են հայտնվում, քանի որ չեն կարողանում զսպել իրենց ամենաստորին բնազդները։ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանն է կրկին հայտնվել քննադատության թիրախում։ Նախօրեին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում կիսվելով Ամուլսարի հանքը վերագործարկելու մասին ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հրապարակմամբ՝ Գևորգ Պապոյանը գրել էր. «Մինչ ոմանք ոռնում են Հայաստանի տնտեսական հաջողություններից, հերթական խոշորագույն ներդրումային ծրագիրը շուտով կմեկնարկի։ Շունը հաչում է, քարավանը՝ գնում»։

Ամուլսարի վերագործարկումը բուռն հանրային հակազդեցության է հանգեցրել, բնապահպաններն ու պարզապես շարքային քաղաքացիները կոշտ քննադատում են իշխանություններին, իսկ Պապոյանը կրքերը հանդարտեցնելու փոխարեն, ավելի շատ է յուղ լցնում կրակին։ Իր գրառման տակ նախարարը պարզաբանել էր, թե այն վերաբերվում է որոշ նախկին պաշտոնյաների, բայց առանց հստակեցնելու։ Իսկ երբ մեկնաբանություններն ու հայհոյանքները ջնջելն անհնարին էր դարձել, պարզապես հեռացրել էր գրառումը։

Այս մեկ դրվագը վկայում է, թե քպական պաշտոնյաներն ինչ կարծիք ունեն հանրության, ակտիվ խմբերի, բնապահպանների, քննադատների մասին։ Վկայում է նաև, որ երկրի ղեկին հայտնվել են իրենց զսպել չկարողացող, տարրական կուլտուրայից ու բարոյականությունից զուրկ մարդիկ, աղետ դարձել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխին։ Պապոյանն, իհարկե, Փաշինյանի sms-ը չի ստանա, ընդհակառակը, պարգևատրվելու է։ Որևէ կասկած չկա այս հարցում։ Փաշինյանն էլ առանձնապես իր որակներով չի զիջում իր ենթակային։
