Լոնդոնում կայացել է ԵՄ երկրների արտակարգ գագաթնաժողովը, որը գումարվել է դեպի Վաշինգտոն Զելենսկու խայտառակ այցից հետո։ Երեկվա հանդիպմանը եվրոպական երկրները փորձեցին ընդհանուր ռազմավարություն մշակել արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններում։ Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը․

«Գագաթնաժողովի հիմնական թեմաներն էին.

Ի՞նչ պետք է արվի Ուկրաինայի

դիրքերն ամրապնդելու համար.

Ինչպե՞ս իրականացնել Եվրոպայի վերազինումը` ԱՄՆ-ից կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու նպատակով:

Եվրոպացիները քննարկել են Ուկրաինային տնտեսական և ռազմական աջակցությունը շարունակելու տարբերակները։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Եվրոպայի պաշտպանունակության ուժեղացմանը, ապա Եվրահանձնաժողովը մարտի 6-ին այս հարցի վերաբերյալ ծրագիր կառաջարկի Եվրոպական խորհրդին։ Գագաթաժողովից հետո, ԵՄ Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ֆոն դեր Լյայենի և մյուս լիդերների խոսքերը ցույց են տալիս, որ Եվրոպան խուճապի մեջ է։

Նրանց համար չափազանց դժվար է, բայց և կարևոր է կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում պաշտպանական ոլորտում ներդրումների ավելացումը: Սա անհրաժեշտ է Եվրամիության անվտանգության համար, և նրանք պետք իրենց շուրջ առկա ռազմավարական միջավայրում պատրաստվեն վատթարագույնին: Հետևաբար, ձգտելու են ուժեղացնել իրենց պաշտպանությունը՝ հսկայական միջոցներ տնտսությունից կտրելով և դնելով ռազմարդյունաբերության վրա:

Ակնհայտ է, որ Եվրոպան պատրաստվում է հնարավոր պատերազմի: Ռուսաստանը չի շտապում դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները այլ հակառակը՝ պատրաստվում է ապագայի հնարավոր ընդլայնմանը: Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ օղակը սեղմվում է: Ադրբեջանը մեծ տեմպերով սպառազինվում է: Թուրքիայի «ռեգիոնալ ախորժակը» նոր է բացվել: Իսրայելը ևս սպառազինվում է, իսկ Մեծ Մերձավոր Արևելքի տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը չի հանդարտվում:

Եվ այս պայմաններում, Հայաստանի խաբեբա կապիտուլյանտները կարծում են, թե իրենց «խաղաղության օրակարգը», «խաղաղության խաչմերուկը» կամ «ԵՄ անդամության մեկնարկը» ինչ-որ մեկի «տանձին» կարող է պետք լինել:

Մեղք է մեր ժողովուրդը, կրկին պետք է խաբվի դատարկ հույսերի մեջ, էլի Նիկոլի անբաշարության կամ դավադրության պատճառով հարվածի տակ ընկնի, էլի տարածքներ կորցնի ու էդպես էլ չհասկանա, որ միակ լուծումը բոլորով մւասին Նիկոլին քշելու և նախորդ իշխանությանը վերադարձնելու մեջ է:

Հասկանում եմ, որ այս անգամ էլ ասված ճշմարտությունը շատերի սրտով չէ, բայց ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի դատարկ հույսեր տալ, թե շուտով իբր նոր «փրկիչ-մեսիա» է գալու: Վերջին շրջանում ստեղծված ցանկացած «նոր ուժի» կափարիչը բարձրացնում ես՝ տակից կամ նոր Սահակաշվիլի է երևում, կամ նոր Զելենսկի, կամ էլ նոր՝ ավելի վատ Նիկոլ...
