Ուկրաինային օգնելու ի՞նչ ծրագիր է ներկայացրել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետը եվրոպական առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովում

Լոնդոնում եվրոպական առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովից հետո Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Քիր Սթարմերը հայտարարել է, որ «մենք պատմության ընտրանքի առաջ ենք», հաղորդում է BBC News-ը։
Նա ասել է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և այլ երկրներ պայմանավորվել են աշխատել Ուկրաինայի հետ մարտական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու ծրագրի վրա, որը կքննարկվի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ և նրանք միասին այն առաջ կտանեն:
Գագաթնաժողովում համաձայնեցվել է չորս կետ․ շարունակել ռազմական օգնությունն Ուկրաինային, Կիևին ընդգրկել ցանկացած խաղաղ բանակցություններում, եվրոպացի առաջնորդները պետք է փորձեն զսպել Ռուսաստանի ցանկացած ապագա ներխուժում Ուկրաինա, և պետք է ստեղծվի «կամավորների կոալիցիա»՝ Ուկրաինան պաշտպանելու և այնտեղ խաղաղությունը երաշխավորելու համար։
Բացի այդ, Մեծ Բրիտանիան Ուկրաինային կտրամադրի 1,6 միլիարդ ֆունտ ստեռլինգ՝ նոր հրթիռներ գնելու համար:
«Եվրոպան պետք է ցանկացած խաղաղ համաձայնագրի շրջանակում ծանր աշխատանք ստանձնի, սակայն գործարքը կպահանջի ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությունը», - ասել է Սթարմերը:
