Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Ուկրաինան հրադադարի ծրագիր են մշակելու և ներկայացնելու են ԱՄՆ-ին

Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Ուկրաինան պայմանավորվել են աշխատել հրադադարի ծրագրի վրա, որը նրանք կներկայացնեն Միացյալ Նահանգներին, կիրակի օրը BBC-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Քիր Սթարմերը։
Գագաթնաժողովը մռայլվել էր ուրբաթ օրը Սպիտակ տանը ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի անսպասելի նկատողությամբ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկիի հասցեին՝ Ռուսաստանի ներխուժման դեմ ուկրաինական պայքարում ԱՄՆ աջակցության դիմաց ապերախտ վերաբերմունքի համար։
Սակայն Սթարմերն ասել է, որ մտադիր է խաղաղ բանակցությունները վերականգնելու կապող օղակ դառնալ և որ բանակցությունների այդ ձախողումն ինքն օգտագործել է որպես հնարավորություն Թրամփի, Զելենսկիի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ շփումները վերսկսելու, այլ ոչ թե «հռետորաբանությունը մեծացնելու» համար:
«Այժմ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, որ Միացյալ Թագավորությունը Ֆրանսիայի և, հավանաբար, մեկ կամ երկու այլ երկրների հետ միասին կաշխատի Ուկրաինայի հետ մարտական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու ծրագրի շուրջ, իսկ հետո մենք կքննարկենք այդ ծրագիրը Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ», - ասել է Սթարմերը: Սթարմերը և Մակրոնը երկուսն էլ զրուցել են Թրամփի հետ ուրբաթ օրվանից հետո: Կիրակնօրյա գագաթնաժողովում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բանակցություններ կանցկացվեն եվրոպական զինված ուժերի ստեղծման մասին, որոնք կուղարկվեն Ուկրաինա՝ հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահպանելու համար:
Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետը հայտարարել է, որ դրան հասնելու համար կպահանջվի «ցանկացողների կոալիցիա»:
Սթարմերն ասել է, որ չի վստահում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, բայց վստահում է Թրամփին։
«Հավատո՞ւմ եմ, արդյոք, Դոնալդ Թրամփին, երբ նա ասում է, որ ցանկանում է կայուն խաղաղություն: Այդ հարցի պատասխանն է՝ այո»,- ասել է նա։
Սթարմերը նաև հայտնել է, որ «ինտենսիվ քննարկումներ» են անցկացվում ԱՄՆ-ից անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ստանալու համար, որպես կայուն խաղաղության երեք բաղադրիչներից մեկից:
