Իջևան համայնքի Վազաշեն գյուղից տեղեկացա, որ Վազաշենի հողերից շուրջ 1000 հեկտարը գտնվում է ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ, ադրբեջանցիները այդ հողերի մի մասում ամեն տարի ցորեն են ցանում: Ահազանգում է տավուշցի լրագրող Ոսկան Սարգսյանը։
«Այդ հողերը Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ են 30 տարի։ Ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերհասկողության տակ են գտնվում նաև Իջևան համայնքի Բերքաբեր, Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի Կոթի, Դովեղ Բարեկամավան, Բերդավան, Բերդ համայնքի Մովսես և այլ գյուղերին պատկանող հողեր։
Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանին նախկինում տեղեկատվական հարցում եմ ուղարկել,թե Տավուշի մարզից ընդհանուր ինչքա՞ն տարածք է գտնվում Ադրբեջանի զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ։ Մարզպետարանից ստացված պատասխանում նշված է․ «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի տարածքից ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող մակերեսի վերաբերյալ տեղեկացնում եմ, որ համաձայն «Պետական սահմանի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 21-րդ հոդվածի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանագծից դեպի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքի խորքը` մինչև հինգ կիլոմետր լայնությամբ համարվում է սահմանային գոտի, իսկ պետական սահմանին կամ պետական սահմանը ջրային տարածքով անցնելիս սահմանային ջրերի ափերին` մինչև մեկ կիլոմետր լայնությամբ հարող սահմանային գոտու հատվածը համարվում է սահմանային շերտ:
Նշված տարածքները համարվում են հատուկ նշանակության հողեր: Համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության «Հողային պաշարների պետական կառավարման լիազոր մարմիններ սահմանելու մասին» որոշման 1-ին կետի ժ) ենթակետի, հատուկ նշանակության հողերի օգտագործման սահմանափակումների և նորմերի սահմանման քաղաքականության մասով պետական լիազոր մարմիններ են սահմանվել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը: Հետևաբար, առաջարկում եմ հարցի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու համար դիմել համապատասխան գերատեսչությանը»»։
