ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչների վարույթում անցյալ տարի քննվել է 761 քրեական գործ

2015-ի ընթացքում ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչների վարույթում քննվել է 761 քրեական գործ: Այս մասին ՀՀ քննչական ծառայության ընդլայնված խորհրդի նիստում տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ հատուկքննչական ծառայության պետի տեղակալ< /b>, արդարադատությանգնդապետ Մուշեղ Բաբայանը:

«Վիճակագրական տվյալների վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ նախորդ տարիների համեմատ կտրուկ աճել է ծառայության քննիչների ծանրաբեռնվածությունը: 2013 թ. ծառայության քննիչների վարույթում քննվել է 239 քրեական գործ, 2014 թ.՝ 546 քրեական գործ: Այսինքն` 2015 թ. վարույթում քննված գործերի քանակը 2014 թ. համեմատ աճել է 215 գործով, այն է՝ 39.4 տոկոսով: Ուշագրավ է, որ միայն 2015 թ. վարույթում քննված գործերի քանակը ընդամենը մի քանի գործով է զիջում նախորդ երկու տարիներին քննված քրեական գործերի թվաքանակը միասին վերցրած»,-«Արմ ենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Մուշեղ Բաբայանը:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետի տեղակալի խոսքով` վարույթում քննված 761 քրեական գործից ավարտվել է 376 քրեական գործ (49,5 տոկոսը), որոնցից 89-ը` 122 մարդու նկատմամբ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատարան, 1-ը բժշկական բնույթի հարկադրական միջոցներ կիրառելու համար է ուղարկվել դատարան, իսկ 266-ը` կարճվել: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` 2014 թ. 235 գործի համեմատ ավարտվել են 141 գործով ավելի:

Դատի տրված 122 անձից նախաքննության ընթացքում կալանավորվել է 37-ը, 6 անձի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է գրավը, իսկ 79 անձի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է անազատության հետ չկապված այլ խափանման միջոց: Նախաքննությունն ավարտված 299 քրեական գործերից 110-ը ( 36,8 տոկոսը) ավարտվել է մինչև 2 ամիս ժամկետում:

2015 թ. ընթացքում ավարտված (դատարան ուղարկված և կարճված) քրեական գործերով պատճառված նյութական վնասի չափը կազմել է 88.257.000 ՀՀ դրամ, որից պետությանը՝ 30.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ, իրավաբանական անձանց՝ 979.000  ՀՀ դրամ և ֆիզիկական անձանց՝ 57.278.000ՀՀ դրամ:

Ավարտված գործերով պատճառված ընդհանուր վնասից նախաքննության ընթացքում կանխիկ գումարով և գույքի կալանքով վերականգնվել է 64.498.000 ՀՀ դրամ, այսինքն՝ վնասի 73 տոկոսը:
