ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Դսեղի առողջության կենտրոնի մոտակայքում հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2016 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 21:15-ին, Դսեղի առողջության կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ իրենց մոտ ձախ սրունքի հրազենային վնասվածքով բուժօգնություն է ստացել Լոռու մարզի Դսեղ գյուղի բնակիչ Ա.Խաչատրյանը, ով հետո տեղափոխվել է «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն», այնուհետև՝ Երևան քաղաքի թիվ 1 Հերացու անվան համալսարանական հիվանդանոցային համալիր:

Դեպքի առթիվ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 2-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելը) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն  ձեռք բերել, պահելը) հատկանիշներով:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 42-ամյա Ա.Խաչատրյանը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է «Դսեղի առողջության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մոտակայքում: Կատարվել է տեղանքի զննություն, որի ժամանակ ՊՈԱԿ-ից շուրջ 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ։

Քրեական գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, կատարվել առգրավումներ և հարցաքննություններ:

Քննիչի որոշմամբ՝ Ա.Խաչատրյանը ճանաչվել է որպես տուժող:
