Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի 24.11.2023թ. N 134 որոշմամբ ԱՏԳ ԱԱ 8703 80 000 2 ծածկագրին դասվող էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար 0% ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի արտոնությամբ ձևակերպելու քվոտան 2025 թվականի համար սահմանվել էր 8000 հատ տրանսպորտային միջոցի մասով, որը ՀՀ կառավարության 28.11.2024թ. N 1876-Ն որոշմամբ բաշխվել է հետևյալ կերպ.
1. 3000 հատից ոչ ավելի քանակով տրանսպորտային միջոցներ մաքսատուրքի արտոնությամբ կարող են ձևակերպվել անմիջապես ավտոարտադրողի հետ կնքված դիլերական-դիստրիբյուտորական պայմանագրի (համաձայնագրի) շրջանակներում ներմուծում իրականացնող սուբյեկտների կողմից:
2. 5000 հատից ոչ ավելի քանակով` 1-ին կետում չնշված ներմուծում իրականացնող սուբյեկտների (այդ թվում՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց) կողմից:
Կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2025թ. փետրվարի 27-ը ներառյալ մաքսատուրքի արտոնությամբ ձևակերպվել է.
3. 432 հատը կամ բաշխված քվոտայի (3000 հատ) 14.4%-ը` անմիջապես ավտոարտադրողի հետ կնքված դիլերական-դիստրիբյուտորական պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծում իրականացնող սուբյեկտների կողմից:
4. 4718 հատը կամ բաշխված քվոտայի (5000 հատ) շուրջ 94.4%-ը` 1-ին կետում չնշված ներմուծում իրականացնող սուբյեկտների կողմից:
