«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջերս հանրային որոշակի ուշադրություն սևեռվեց հայազգի բլոգեր Բելլա Բաբախանյանի ազատությանն ու ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերի վրա: Ինչպես հայտնի է, նա Բելառուսում ձերբակալվել էր, անգամ խոսակցություններ կային, որ նրան, հնարավոր է, արտահանձնեն Ադրբեջանին:

Հատկանշական է, որ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը որևէ կերպ չմիջամտեց հայազգի բլոգերի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերին: Չնայած, որտեղի՞ց միջամտեին կամ ինչպե՞ս՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե նույն Փաշինյանն ինչ կարգի է փչացրել նաև հայ-բելառուսական միջպետական հարաբերությունները:

Փոխարենը, ինչպես հայտնի է, ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր անձնական կապերի միջոցով կարողացավ հասնել Բելլա Բաբախանյանի՝ կյանքի ու ազատության հետ կապված հարցի լուծմանը: Մամուլի հրապարակումներից ու Ծառուկյանի մամուլի քարտուղարի հայտարարությունից հայտնի է, որ ԲՀԿ ղեկավարը անձնական խնդրանքով դիմել է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյին, իսկ վերջինս էլ բարի կամք է դրսևորել: Հանրագումարում Բելլա Բաբախանյանը հայտնվել է ազատության մեջ և տեղափոխվել է Հայաստան:

Ի՞նչ է հուշում այս մերօրյա եղելությունը, ինչի՞ մասին է խոսում:

Ամենից առաջ՝ սա ևս մեկ օրինակ է այն բանի, որ անհատի, անձի դերը չի կարելի թերագնահատել, այդ թվում՝ միջպետական հարաբերությունների որոշակի կողմերին առնչվող խնդիրներ լուծելու, կարգավորելու առումով: Ավելին, անձնական կապերը, շփումները, հաստատված հարաբերությունները, նման հարաբերություններով ձևավորված փոխադարձ հարգանքը աշխատում են և ունենում են իրենց բարենպաստ ազդեցությունը նաև ինչ-ինչ կնճռոտ խնդիրներ հարթելու, ինչո՞ւ ոչ՝ նաև նման հարցեր լուծելու վրա:

Սա, իսկապես, դրական օրինակ է այն բանի, որ ճիշտ աշխատելու, ճիշտ հարաբերություններ կառուցելու դեպքում կարելի է նման հարցեր լուծել ու ոչ միայն:

Եվ պատահական չէ, որ թե՛ նախկինում, թե՛, առավել ևս, հիմա, հատկապես արտաքին դաշտում նկատելի ակտիվություն ու դերակատարություն են ունեցել և ունենում անհատները: Միայն այն տարբերությամբ, որ նախկինում դրանք, որպես կանոն, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն էին, հիմա՝ լրիվ հակառակը...
