Բաքվի բանտերում գտնվող Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հանդեպ ընթացող դատավարական բեմականացումը, նրանց կտտանքների ենթարկելու փաստերը, միևնույն ժամանակ հանուն նրանց ազատության Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող հուզումներն ու այդ ամենի ֆոնին իշխանության քար լռությունը, ապացուցում են, որ հասարակություն-իշխանություն կապն անդառնելիորեն խզված է։

Այս պահին կարող ենք փաստել, որ Հայաստանում առկա է քաղաքական երկու օրակարգ. առաջինն ու ամենակարևորը՝ հասարակության կողմից առաջ մղվող օրակարգն է, որի ականատեսն ենք լինում գրեթե ամեն օր և որն իրոք միտված է սպասարկելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու ժողովրդի շահերը, երկրորդ օրակարգը իշխանության «Իրական Հայաստանի» կեղծ գաղափարաբանությունն է, որը ոչ մի աղերս չունի իրական Հայաստանի հետ։

Այո, հենց հասարակությունն է ներկայումս թելադրում երկարաժամկետ առումով պետության շահերը սպասարկող օրակարգ, քանի որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի և մեր մյուս հայրենակիցների Բաքվի բանտում գտնվելը, բացի բարոյական, հայրենասիրական զեղումներից, ունի նաև քաղաքական լուրջ բաղադրիչ։ Եթե այսօր Ադրբեջանին հաջողվի վերջնականապես կոտրել հայոց պետականության ողնաշարը, կոտրել հայ հասարակության կամքը, ապա դա ունենալու է եթե ոչ անդառնալի, համենայն դեպս՝ երկար ժամանակ դժվարաշտկելի հետևանքներ։

Միամտություն է կարծելը, որ մեր պետականության ողնաշարը կոտրելուն միտված քայլեր անում է միայն Ալիևը, ինչը բնական ու հասկանալի կլիներ թշնամու կողմից։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաճախ է սիրում կրկնել, որ Հայաստանում գործում է 5-րդ շարասյուն, որն ուղղակի, թե անուղղակի օգնում է Ալիևին իր նախաձեռնություններում։ Ստիպված ենք ընդունել, որ այո, այդ հարցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի սխալվում, Հայաստանում իրոք գործում է ադրբեջանական շահերը սպասարկող 5-րդ շարասյուն ու այդ շարասյան հիմնադիրն ու ղեկավարը հենց ինքն է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ու մեր մյուս գերիների ազատ արձակմանը հասնելու ուղղությամբ իշխանության չարվող քայլերի արմատները պետք է փնտրել Պրահայում, որտեղ Փաշինյանը Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի մաս, այնուհետև հայտարարեց, որ իր սխալն է եղել այն, որ ավելի շուտ չի ասել, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս է։
Հետևաբար Փաշինյանի տրամաբանությամբ, Բաքվում դատում են ոչ թե մեր հայրենակիցներին, այլ ընդամենը Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներին, որոնք պարզապես ազգությամբ հայ են, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, չի ցանկանում միջամտել հարևան պետության ներքին գործերին։
