«Ապրիլին կլրանա մեկ տարին, ինչ ես բնակվում եմ Սարատովկա գյուղում: Այս ընթացքում շփվելով տեղի երիտասարդների և մեծահասակների հետ՝ նկատել եմ, որ բոլորի մոտ նույն մտահոգությունն է՝ համայնքում երիտասարդների համար գրեթե չկան հնարավորություններ ինքնազարգացման, շփման և նոր հմտություններ ձեռք բերելու համար: Շատերը զարմանում են, թե ինչու եմ տեղափոխվել գյուղ և իմ ապագան կապում դրա հետ»,- MediaHub-ին պատմում է Ստեփանակերտից տեղահանված ու Լոռու մարզում ապաստանած Էլինա Բալասանյանը։ 

Նրա մասին մենք առիթ ունեցել էինք պատմելու, թե ինչպես գաղթի ճանապարհին որոշեց, որ պետք է կյանքը շարունակի հայաստանյան գյուղերից մեկում՝ զբաղվի թռչնաբուծությամբ, հողագործությամբ։ 

Էլինան ամուսնացել է։ Նպատակները հերթով իրականացնում են արդեն սիրելիի հետ։ Այժմ նախաձեռնել է մի նախագիծ, որը կփոխի գյուղական բնակավայրերում ապրող երիտասարդների կյանքը։ Տաշիրում երիտասարդական նոր կենտրոն է բացել։ 

«Ժամանակավոր տարածքը տրամադրել է քաղաքապետարանը։ Ցանկացա ստեղծել մի տարածք, որտեղ երիտասարդները կկարողանան բացահայտել նոր հմտություններ, զարգացնել հետաքրքրություններ և ակտիվ դեր ունենալ համայնքի կյանքում։ Ինչո՞ւ է սա կարևոր։ Այս կենտրոնը ոչ միայն կլրացնի երիտասարդների համար առկա բացը, այլև կմիավորի համայնքի ակտիվ ուժերին, կստեղծի նոր հնարավորություններ և կնպաստի գյուղական համայնքների զարգացմանը»,- նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը։ 

Պատերազմի ժամանակ, երբ Արցախի իր հայրենակիցներն օրերով ապրել են նկուղային պայմաններում, այնտեղ երիտասարդ աղջիկը զբաղվել է ուսուցչությամբ, պատերազմի ձայները լռեցրել երեխաների ականջներում, այն փոխարինել երգ ու պարով, ուսուցողական դասերով։ Իր նոր բնակության վայրում այժմ փորձում է երիտասարդների կյանքի որակը փոխել։ 

«Պլանավորում ենք, որ կենտրոնում հմտությունների զարգացման համար լինեն պրակտիկ դասեր և հանդիպումներ տարբեր մասնագետների հետ՝ ձեռնարկատիրությունից մինչև լուսանկարչություն։ Մասնագիտական կողմնորոշում՝ տեղեկատվություն տարբեր մասնագիտությունների, գյուղատնտեսական և բիզնես հնարավորությունների մասին։ Համայնքային ակտիվություն՝ ծառատունկեր, շաբաթօրյակներ, տեղական նախագծերի մասնակցություն։ Արշավներ և բացահայտումներ՝ Տաշիրի և շրջակա գյուղերի պատմամշակութային վայրերի, բնական հուշարձանների ու անտեսված գանձերի ուսումնասիրություն։ Բնության հետ կապ՝ շրջակա միջավայրում աճող բույսերի, հատապտուղների, սնկերի և այլնի ճանաչում, ինչպես նաև դրանց հավաքի արշավներ։ Խոհանոցային արվեստ՝ ազգային և միջազգային ուտեստների պատրաստման արհեստանոցներ։ Արվեստ և արհեստ՝ նկարչություն, քանդակագործություն, կավագործություն, լուսանկարչություն և այլ ստեղծագործական ուղղություններ և այլն: Ահա այն ամենը, որը նախաձեռնել ու կազմակերպելու ենք»,- ներկայացրեց մեր զրուցակիցը։ 

Այս ամենն Էլինան ու իր ընկերները հանրայնացնելու են սոցիալական մեդիայում։ 

Ժամանակավոր տրամադրված տարածքն առայժմ թույլ կտա սկսել աշխատանքը մինչև նոր տարածք ու անհրաժեշտ գույք ու տեխնիկա ձեռք կբերեն։ 

Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մասնակիցները 14 տարեկան և բարձր երիտասարդներ են, թեև չեն բացառում, որ այլ տարիքային խմբեր ևս կդիտարկվեն։
