Лучшая кофейня в мире находится в Сиднее. По крайней мере, таковы данные нового рейтинга лучших кофеен мира, в котором австралийский город обогнал своего вечного конкурента Мельбурн и занял первое место, сообщает CNN.
Сиднейская кофейня Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters была признана лучшей кофейней в мире, за ней следуют Onyx Coffee Lab из Арканзаса, Gota Coffee Experts из Вены, Proud Mary Coffee из Мельбурна и Tim Wendelboe из Осло.
В десятку лучших кофеен также вошли кофейни из Сингапура, Франции, Малайзии и Колумбии.
Согласно веб-сайту рейтинга «100 лучшим кофейням мира», кофейни по всему миру оценивались по различным факторам, начиная от качества кофе и еды, практик устойчивого развития и обслуживания клиентов. При выборе окончательного варианта учитывались как общественное мнение, так и оценки экспертов.
Сеть кофеен Toby’s Estate была основана в 1997 году, когда юрист Тоби Смит начал бизнес в гараже своей матери в Вуллумулу, восточном пригороде Сиднея на берегу гавани.
На втором месте оказалась Onyx Coffee Lab из Арканзаса. У компании есть три филиала в Бентонвилле, Фейетвилле и Спрингдейле, но неясно, какой из них попал в список. Венская Gota Coffee, занявшая третье место, в соцсетяз выразила благодарность за признание.
