Փետրվարի 20-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, ժամը 15։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Ստեփանավանի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 2,5-ամյա Վ․ Կ․-ն գտնվում է ծայրահեղ անխնամ վիճակում, տնային պայմանները խիստ անբավարար է, որը կարող է վտանգ սպառնալ երեխայի կյանքի և առողջության համար:
Փետրվարի 21-ին, համայնքային ոստիկան Եղինյանը, սոցաշխատակից Ալվարդ Դավոյանի, տեղամասի մանկաբույժ Հասմիկ Մուրադյանի հետ կատարված համատեղ տնայցի ժամանակ պարզել են, որ անչափահաս երեխան գտնվում է անխնամ վիճակում, տանը բացակայում են կոմունալ բոլոր նվազագույն պայմանները, տունն ընդհանրապես ջեռուցված չի եղել:
Մանկաբույժը երեխաների ծնողներին՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ 33-ամյա Անի Կ.-ին և ամուսնուն՝ 59-ամյա Վաչագան Զ-ին տեղեկացրել է, որ երեխային անհրաժեշտ է բուժհետազոտություն և բուժում, սակայն նրանք հրաժարվել են երեխային բուժզննման նպատակով հիվանդանոց տանելուց, որից հետո մանկաբույժի ուղեկցությամբ, երեխան առանց ծնողների, շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխվել է «Ստեփանավան» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ անչափահաս երեխայի մոտ ախտորոշվել է «երկկողմանի մանր օջախային թոքաբորբ, զույգ դաստակների և զույգ ոտնաթաթերի առաջին աստիճանի ցրտահարություն»:
