«Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը և մեր մյուս բոլոր պատանդներն ու գերիները արհեստական ադրբեջանական դատավարություններով դաժանաբար խոշտանգվում են` ադրբեջանական իշխանության վրեժխնդրության, քաղաքական խնդիներ լուծելու և հայ ժողովրդի արժանապատվության հաշվին ինքնահաստատվելու, մեր ազգային գիտակցությունը նսեմացնելու, մեր մեջ լարվածությունն ու պառակտումը խորացնելու նպատակով:

Այդ «դատավարություններն» ադրբեջանական իշխանությանն անհրաժեշտ են իր քաղաքական կեղծ թեզերն օրինականցնելու, Արցախում էթնիկ զտումներից մաքրվելու, Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիայի հիմքեր ստեղծելու համար:
