Փաստը, որ մենք ստացել ենք 12-րդ առաջարկների փաթեթը փաստ է, որ գործընթացը փակուղու մեջ չէ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 26-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ խոսելով Խաղաղության պայմանագրի մասին:

Հիմա մենք պետք է մեր առաջարկները ներկայացնենք, այսիինքն պրոցեսը գնում է, մյուս կողմից պետք է արձանագրենք, որ սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովներն են աշխատում: Մենք նաեւ առաջարկել ենք լուծում եւ մենք հույս ունենք, որ Ադրբեջանը դրական կարձագանքի այդ լուծմանը, որովհետեւ ճիշտն ասած ես շատ վերլուծում եմ եւ մտածում եմ՝ ինչու պետք է Ադրբեջանը բացասական արձագանքի մեր այդ լուծման առաջարկին: Օբյեկտիվ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ դա մերժելու հիմք էլ չկա: Դա վերաբերում է Հայաստանի եւ ադրբեջանի միջեւ երկաթուղային փոխադրումներին, երկաթուղային տրանսպորտը վերականգնելուն, որը այդ թվում կօգտագործվի Ադրբեջանից Ադրբեջան՝ այսինքն Արեւմտյան Ադրբեջանից դեպի Նախիջեւան  կապի եւ Հայաստանից Հայաստան՝ Երասխից Մեղրի, եւ երկու երկրները հնարավորություն կունենան նաեւ միմյանց տարածքով անցնող երկաթուղիները օգտագործել միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումների համար»,-ասաց նա:

Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է գնալ Ադրբեջանի հետ երկաթուղու շահագործման ռեժիմի լրացուցիչ պարզեցման՝ փոխադարձ հիմունքներով. «Ես ինչ որ առումով անհամբեր եմ այդ առաջարկները հրապարակայնացնելու առումով, հիմա չեմ անում, քանի որ համոզված եմ, որ այդ լուծումը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդների համար լինելու է 100 տոկոսով ընդունելի»:
