«Ի՞նչ կարգավիճակ կունենա Հայաստանը՝ նոր աշխարհակարգում, վստահ եմ՝ գործող վարչակարգն էլ դեռ չգիտի, որովհետև արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ ոչ ոք հաշվի չի նստում Հայաստանի հետ։ Մանավանդ, այն բանից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Պրահայում հայտարարեց, որ ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը»,- MediaHub-ին ասում է վերլուծաբան Գեորգի Իսրայելյանը, մեկնաբանելով երեկ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի եթերում ՔՊ պատգամավոր Մարիա Կարապետյանի հնչեցրած մտքերը։
«Իրականում Կարապետյանը կլինի, թե մյուս ՔՊ-ականները, բոլորը մոլորեցնում են հանրությանը, անգիր արած իրենց մտքերով արդարացնում են իրենց քաղաքական հորը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրահրեց 44-օրյա պատերազմը, ստորագրեց կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթը, Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի կազմում, տապալեց բանակցությունները, պատերազմը բերեց Հայաստան, ստրատեգիական բարձունքները նվիրեց թշնամուն, մասնակցեց Արցախի հայաթափման գործողություններին։ Սա է ամբողջ ճշմարտությունը»։
Իշխանական պատգամավոր Մարիա Կարապետյանը, պատասխանելով բանակցային գործընթացի մասին հարցին, նախօրեին նշել է. «Մենք Արցախին զրկել ենք միայն անկախության հնարավորությունից, փակել տարածքային վեճը, փորձել ենք ճանապարհ հարթել, որպեսզի հայերը շարունակեին ապրել Ղարաբաղում՝ փակելով այդ դեֆորմացված տարածքային վեճի մասին խոսակցությունները»:
«Եթե Արցախը 1991 թվականին Ադրբեջանի տարածքային մաս էր հռչակված, ինչո՞ւ էր մինչև 1994 թվականը դեռ շարունակվում ազատագրական պայքարը և ինչո՞ւ Ադրբեջանը Մոսկվային խնդրեց զինադադար։ Արցախը չհանձնվեց՝ հանձնեցին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձեռամբ։ Նույնը կարող է լինել նաև Մեղրիի հետ։ Կարծում եք պատահակա՞ն են Մեղրին դրել շրջանառության մեջ»,- հարցնում է Իսրայելյանը։
Իշխանական թևի՝ «նախկինների» կողմից Արցախը հանձնելու, Մեղրիի շուրջ իբր ձախողված բանակցությունների մասին քարոզներին զուգահեռ, Երևանը ստացել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ Բաքվի պատասխանը, որից 4 ամիս որևէ նորություն չի եղել։ Չի հանրայնացվում նաև դրա բովանդակությունը։
«Անկարայում հանդիպել են Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։ Այս հանդիպումից առաջ Հաջիևը հանդիպել էր նաև Իրանի նախագահին, հետո մեկնել էր Իսրայել՝ հանդիպել Նեթանյահուին։ Հանդիպումների նպատակների ենթադրությունները թողնում եմ ձեզ»,- հավելեց վերլուծաբանը։
