Բաքուն չի շտապում պատասխանել Երևանի առաջարկներին

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն երեկ հայտնել է, որ Երևանը ստացել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ Բաքվի պատասխանը։ «Ստացել ենք խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի պատասխանը, իսկ մյուս ուղղություններով առաջարկները՝ կապուղիների ապաշրջափակում և սպառազինությունների փոխադարձ վերահսկման ու վերիֆիկացիայի մեխանիզմ, դեռ մնում են անպատասխան», - ասել է ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը:

Տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ առաջարկները մոտ 3 ամիս առաջ էին ներկայացվել Ադրբեջանին: Իր վերջին ասուլիսում Փաշինյանը մանրամասնել էր՝ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել է սկզբում երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումներ Սյունիքով։ Ընդ որում՝ նույն սկզբունքով հայկական կողմը պնդում է նաև երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումների հնարավորություն Երասխից Մեղրի՝ Նախիջևանի տարածքով։

Աշխարհաքաղաքական ստեղծված պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը չի շտապում, փորձում է հասկանալ, թե ուր են տանում ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի գործողությունները, ի վերջո, ինչի կհանգեն ԱՄՆ-ՌԴ բանակցությունները, ով ազդեցության լծակներ կունենա Հարավային Կովկասում։ Ուշագրավ է, որ ակնհայտորեն նվազել է նաև Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը։ Այդ հանգամանքն էլ ավելի շուտ կապված է սպասողական վիճակի հետ, այլ ոչ թե Բաքվի վախերի, ինչպես փորձում է ներկայացնել իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան։

Ցանկացած պարագայում Հայաստանի համար լուրջ ռիսկեր են լինելու, իսկ տարածաշրջանի պետությունները լուռ սպասում և պատրաստվում են հնարավոր ֆորս-մաժորներին։
