Բանկերը պատրաստվում են տնտեսական կոլափսին

ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի վերջերս ընդունված որոշումն օբյեկտիվորեն պետք է ավելի մեծ արձագանքի արժանանար հանրության կողմից, որը, սակայն, զբաղված է բոլորովին այլ «թեմաներով»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս Կենտրոնական բանկը հայտարարեց հիփոթեքային և սպառողական վարկավորման շուկայում հնարավոր ռիսկերի վերլուծությունն ուժեղացնելու մտադրության մասին։ 2024 թվականին բանկերի կողմից տրված վարկերի 45 %-ը հիմնականում հիփոթեքային և սպառողական վարկերն են եղել։
Բանկերի միությունից պարզաբանել են, որ կարելի է ենթադրել, որ 2025 թվականին հիփոթեքային վարկերի աճ այլևս չի լինի։ Ինչ վերաբերում է սպառողական վարկերին, բանկերը ԿԲ-ի որոշմանը ըմբռնումով կվերաբերվեն և, հնարավոր է, կսահմանափակեն սպառողական վարկերի տրամադրումը։
Փաստացի, թե՛ ԿԲ-ն, թե՛ մյուս բանկերը որոշել են զսպել ավելի շատ վարկեր տրամադրելու գործընթացը։ Իսկ դա կարող է կապված լինել միայն հնարավոր ռիսկերի հետ։ Հատկապես, անշարժ գույքի շուկայում, որտեղ պահանջարկը կտրուկ նվազել է, իսկ կապիտալ շինարարությունը, կարծես, կանգ առնել չի պատրաստվում, հնարավոր է լուրջ կոլափս։
Շինարարության ոլորտի անկումը շղթայական ռեակցիայով կգլորի ողջ տնտեսությունը։ Այժմ բանկային համակարգը դեռևս դիմադրում է, դա էլ, շնորհիվ պետական միջամտության։ Փաշինյանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ տնտեսական ցնցումները կարող են ազդել իր հետագա պաշտոնավարման վրա, ամեն գնով փորձում է կանխել տնտեսության անկումը։ Իսկ մասնագետներն ահազանգ են հնչեցնում, որ դրա հետևանքներն աղետալի են լինելու։
