Առողջապահության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Լենա Նանուշյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Սիդհարթա Դատտայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարությունից։
«Առողջապահության նախարարությունը, ԱՀԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ, մեկնարկել է կարևոր առաքելություն` միտված առողջության առաջնային պահպանման օղակի բարեփոխման աշխատանքներին, մարզերում կադրերով համալրման, նպատակային ուսուցման, բժիշկների հավաստագրման, մասնագիտական ներուժի վերապատրաստման և լիցենզավորման գործընթացին:
Երկուստեք կարևորվել է այս նախաձեռնությունը, որը նպաստելու է ոլորտում առկա մարտահրավերների լուծմանը և որակյալ բուժօգնության հասանելիության ապահովմանը:
Լենա Նանուշյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում այս ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը, որոնք ուղղված են առողջության համապարփակ ապահովագրության ներդրմանը, բժշկական ծառայությունների որակի բարելավմանը, բուժաշխատողների հավաստագրմանը:
Կարևորելով վերջերս առողջապահության բնագավառի բժշկական մասնագիտությունների նոր ցանկի հաստատումը, ռեզիդենտուրայի ներդրումը, ինչպես նաև մասնագիտությունների բնութագրերի մշակումը` Լենա
Նանուշյանը նշել է, որ այն կնպաստի բժշկական ծառայությունների, կադրային ներուժի զարգացմանը:
Անդրադառնալով նպատակային կրթության, ժամանակավոր ուղեգրման սկզբունքին՝ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը նշել է, որ մարզային բուժհաստատությունները կադրերով համալրելու նպատակով իրականացվում են ծրագրեր: Միաժամանակ, աշխատանքներ են տարվում միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանող լիցենզավորման նոր համակարգ ներդնելու ուղղությամբ, որը նպաստելու է բուժաշխատողների մասնագիտական աճին և աշխատաշուկայում մրցունակության բարձրացմանը:
ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ցուցաբերելու տեխնիկական աջակցություն այս ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքներին:
