Արձագանքեցին առաջին անգամ. ինչո՞ւ է փոխվել իշխանության վարքը

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ՀՀ իշխանություններն առաջին անգամ միջազգային ամբիոնից բարձրացրել են Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների հարցը։ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից առաջին անգամ միջազգային ատյանում հրապարակային անդրադարձել է Բաքվում ընթացող դատավարությանը: Ելույթ ունենալով ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի նիստում՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը հիշատակել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող պաշտոնապես հաստատված բոլոր գերիներին: «Հենց այս պահին Ադրբեջանում ընթանում են կեղծ դատավարություններ 23 հայ անձանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր կամայականորեն են ազատազրկված, ընդ որում՝ անտեսելով պատշաճ դատավարության համար անհրաժեշտ մարդու իրավունքների չափանիշները», - հայտարարել է Միրզոյանը:
Պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ պարտավորվել էր ազատ արձակել բոլոր ռազմագերիներին, բայց մինչ օրս մի քանի տասնյակ հայեր խոշտանգվում են Բաքվի բանտերում։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները ջուր էին առել բերաններն ու հրաժարվում էին որևէ բառ արտաբերել՝ ի պաշտպանություն ռազմագերիների։ Նեղն ընկած պահերին էլ պնդում էին, թե չեն ցանկանում խանգարել գերիների ազատման գործընթացին իրենց մեկնաբանություններով։
Արդ, ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները փոխել են իրենց դիրքորոշումները։ Արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ էական փոփոխություններ չեն եղել։ Ուստի, նման կերպարանափոխությունն ավելի շատ ներքաղաքական շերտեր ունի։ Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների պատրաստվող իշխանություններին, բնականաբար, քարոզարշավի ժամանակ տհաճ հարցեր են տալու ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ իրենց վերաբերմունքի մասին։ Եվ Միրզոյանն էլ փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե իրենց այդ մարդկանց ճակատագիրը հուզում է։
