«Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին ստում է՝ հայտարարելով, թե, իբր, Հայաստանն ընդունել է, ճանաչել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի մաս է կազմում Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրի ընդունման պահից սկսած, քանի որ ԼՂ–ն Սովետական Ադրբեջանի մի շրջան էր»։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Մայր Հայաստան» շարժման առաջնորդ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով «Հայաստանի հանրային ռադիո»–ի հետ հարզազրույցում Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյիի հայտարարությանն այն մասին, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի մաս է կազմում Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրի ընդունման պահից սկսած, քանի որ ԼՂ–ն Սովետական Ադրբեջանի մի շրջան էր»։
«Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանն իր այս հայտարարությամբ նիկոլություն է անում՝ «Ղարաբաղը 30 տարի առաջ էին հանձնել, պարզապես խեղճ հարիֆ Նիկոլի ջեբը գցեցին» «պողոսների» համար նախատեսված ձևակերպման շրջանակներում։
Դեսպանը կա՛մ Ալմա Աթային նախորդած ու հաջորդած իրադարձությունների մասին չգիտի, կա՛մ ձև է անում, թե չգիտի։
Եթե Ղարաբաղը Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրով ճանաչվել էր Ադրբեջանի մաս, ապա ինչի՞ շուրջ էին մինչև 44–օրյա պատերազմը բանակցում Հայաստանը, Արցախն ու Ադրբեջանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Ֆրանսիայի, Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ–ի միջնորդությամբ։
Իրականությունն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2022թ․ հոկտեմբերի 6–ին Արցախը դավաճանաբար ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի մաս՝ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի և եվրաչինովնիկ Շարլ Միշելի միջնորդությամբ, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանին տված խոստման շրջանակներում ու ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բայդենի քավորությամբ։ Դրսի ուժերին հետաքրքրում էր ռուսական խաղաղապահների հեռացումն Արցախից, ու թքած, թե ինչ կլիներ հայերի հետ։
Մակրոնը շատ լավ գիտի, որ անձնական մասնակցություն ու մեղավորություն ունի Արցախում հայերի էթնիկ զտման հարցում ու փորձում է մաքրվել՝ իր դեսպանի շուրթերով հայտարարելով, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը 34 տարի առաջ է ճանաչվել Ադրբեջանի մաս։ Դա այնքան լկտի սուտ է ու պատմության այնպիսի նենգափոխում, որ անգամ Ալիևը նման բաներ չի հայտարարում։
Մակրոնն ու մյուսները պետք է իրենց մեղքն ընդունեն ու ամբողջ կյանքում ապրեն հանցագործի զգացողությամբ։ Թրամփի ընտրությունից հետո նրանք քաղաքական դիակներ են։
Ինչ մնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ապա մակրոնները նրան պետք է բացատրեն, որ ժամանակը սպառվել է, որ Նիկոլն իր սև գործն արեց ու Զելենսկու հետ պետք է մտածի սեփական կաշվի փրկության մասին»,–գրել է Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը։
