«Գողական աշխարհից» ընկերներ ունեմ, համայնքապետն ասաց` չի ուզում իմ հետ աշխատել. Ողջաբերդի վարչական ղեկավար

Կոտայքի մարզի Ողջաբերդ համայնքում կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում, գյուղացիները պահանջում են, որ իրենց վարչական ղեկավար Աշոտ Մուշեղյանը շարունակի կառավարել գյուղը, որը ութ ամիս անգլուխ է եղել, իսկ հիմա գյուղի գահին նախկին գյուղապետի որդին է եկել ու տիրացել:
«Ես քրեական գործով եմ անցել, բայց դատարանը հստակ նշել է` դա իմ լիազորությունները կատարելուն չի խանգարում, այսինքն՝ պաշտոնավարման արգելք չկար: Քրեական գործին չեմ ուզում անդրադառնալ, միայն կասեմ` քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրելու հետ էր կապված, այսինքն` կոռուպցիա, գյուղացուն թալանել, պաշտոնեական լիազորություններ չարաշահել, նման բան չկար: Ու չնայած ես արդարացվել եմ, Գառնու համայնքապետն ու տեղակալները խնդիր դրեցին, որ իմ հետ աշխատել չեն կարող, քանի որ ես քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող ընկերներ ունեմ: Հա, ես լավ տղա եմ, անունով ու շրջապատով, ամեն տեղ էլ հարգված ու ճանաչում ունեցող տղա եմ: Չեմ հրաժարվել ու չեմ էլ հրաժարվում իմ շրջապատից»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Աշոտ Մուշեղյանը:
Նա պատմեց` ամիսներ առաջ է հանձնել համայնքապետարանի կնիքը, քանի որ չի ցանկացել անիմաստ լարվածություն ստեղծել Գառնի համայնքում:
«Կնիքը հանձնեցի, քանի որ չեմ ուզում իրենց հետ աշխատել: Իրենք ընկած ընկերոջ ձեռքը բռնելու փոխարեն սկսեցին բոլոր կողմերից խփել: Պատճառներն էլ գիտեմ, ուղղակի չեմ ուզում դեռ էդ դաշտ մտնել: Հիմա էն ա պարզ, որ 8 ամիս փակ լինելուց հետո նախկին գյուղապետի տղային բերել են, գյուղապետարանի դուռը բացել, իրեն էլ իմ տեղում նստեցրել: Ի՞նչ ասեմ: Ես իմ գյուղացու կողքին եմ եղել, հիմա էլ եմ էս մարդկանց կողքին»,- ասաց Մուշեղյանը:
Նա նկատեց` այսօր էլ խնդրել է, որ գյուղացիները փողոց չփակեն, բայց իրեն չեն լսել:
«Ես 2022-ից եմ վարչական ղեկավար, ու գյուղում իմ հանդեպ վերաբերմունք կա, ցանկացած գյուղացու կարող եք հարցնել: Ու էն, որ ես գողական աշխարհի հետ կապեր ունեմ, իմ դեմ փորձեցին օգտագործել: Էլի եմ ասում` ես ընկերներից հրաժարվող տեսակ չեմ: Իսկ թե ինչ է լինելու առաջիկայում, չգիտեմ, ես իմ գյուղացու կողքին եմ լինելու, եթե իրենք ուզեն, ես կվերականգնեմ իմ իրավունքները, չնայած չեմ ուզում էստեղի իշխանության հետ աշխատել: Իսկ հաջորդ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու եմ»,- վստահեցրեց Աշոտ Մուշեղյանը:
Նշենք, որ Կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքի համաձայն՝ Ողջաբերդ համայնքը վարչական ղեկավար չունի:
