Զելենսկի. «Ես չեմ ստորագրի մի բան, որը կվճարի ուկրաինացիների 10 սերունդը».
Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հրաժարվել է Ուկրաինային աջակցող ամերիկյան դրամաշնորհները որպես պարտք ճանաչելուց։

«Դրամաշնորհները` որպես պարտք, չպետք է ճանաչենք։ Դուր է գալիս, թե ոչ: Ես բանակցել եմ Բայդենի հետ և բանակցել Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների Քոնգրեսի հետ։ Ես երախտապարտ եմ Քոնգրեսին. «Դա երկու կուսակցությունների ներկայությունն էր և աջակցությունը», - ասել է Զելենսկին կիրակի օրը Կիևում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում։
Զելենսկին հավելել է, որ աջակցության տրամադրման ցանկացած այլ պայման պետք է առանձին քննարկվի, և ուկրաինական կողմը պատրաստ է դրան. մենք ձեր օգնության կարիքն ունենք: Եվ եթե ձեր պայմաններն այն են, որ մենք ձեզ օգնություն չենք տա, քանի դեռ չեք ստորագրել պայմանագիրը, ապա դա հասկանալի է։ Հարցն այն է, թե որքանո՞վ եք դուք օգնում։ Տա՞սը միլիարդ, քսա՞ն, երեսո՞ւն: Զենքե՞ր: Ես պատրաստ եմ այս ամենը քննարկելու նախագահ Թրամփի հետ, ես սա փոխանցել եմ։ Ես ոչ մի էմոցիաներ չունեմ այս կապակցությամբ, ես պատրաստ եմ։ Արդյոք նրանք պրագմատի՞կ գործարք են ուզում: Հիանալի: Եկեք պրագմատիկ խոսենք»,- ասել է նա։

Զելենսկու խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ն Ուկրաինային տրամադրել է 100 միլիարդ դոլարի օգնություն ռուսական լայնածավալ ներխուժման ժամանակ, մինչդեռ պատերազմի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմել է 320 միլիարդ դոլար. «Ուկրաինան ԱՄՆ-ից ստացել է 100 միլիարդ օգնություն՝ ոչ 500, ոչ 350, ոչ 250, ոչ 700` 100, և մենք դրա համար շատ շնորհակալ ենք։ Իսկ այս պատերազմի արժեքն այսօր կազմում է 320 միլիարդ՝ 120՝ Ուկրաինա, 100՝ Եվրոպա գումարած այլ գործընկերներ, օրինակ՝ Ճապոնիա` մոտ 15 միլիարդ և 100՝ ԱՄՆ։ Ահա, թե ինչ տեսք ունի այս ողբերգության տնտեսագիտությունը»:

«Նման տարր կա` 1/2-ով։ Այսինքն, ԱՄՆ-ից յուրաքանչյուր դոլարի դիմաց Ուկրաինան պետք է վերադարձնի երկուսը։ Պարզ ասած, սա 100% վարկ է: Ասում են՝ սա ձեր ֆոնդն է, մենք տնօրինում ենք 50/50։ Ոչ, հիմնադրամի իրավունքները 100% ԱՄՆ-ի համար են։ Իսկ եթե ԱՄՆ-ն Քոնգրեսում քվեարկի մեզ 50 միլիարդ օգնություն տալու համար, մենք պետք է վերադարձնենք վարկի 1/2-ը, այսինքն՝ 100 տոկոսը»,- ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահը` նշելով, որ այդ կերպ Ուկրաինան ստիպված կլինի ԱՄՆ-ին վերադարձնել 100 միլիարդ դոլար։

«Եթե դա անհրաժեշտ է, և մենք չենք կարող առանց դրա, ապա պետք է դա անենք։ Բայց ես մի հարց ունեմ, երբ ԱՄՆ-ն զենք է վաճառում Իսրայելին, Քաթարին, Սաուդյան Արաբիային, նրանք 100%-ո՞վ են աշխատում: Ես երկխոսություն եմ ուզում Թրամփի հետ. Ես երկխոսություն եմ ուզում. «Ես չեմ ստորագրի մի բան, որը կվճարի ուկրաինացիների 10 սերունդ»,- ընդգծել է պետության ղեկավարը։

Զելենսկին պնդում է, որ տնտեսական համաձայնագրում ներառվեն ԱՄՆ-ի անվտանգության երաշխիքները և նշում է, որ դրանք դեռևս նշված չեն փաստաթղթի նախագծում:
