Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկա է գտնվել Փոքր Վեդու նորակառույց միջնակարգ դպրոցի բացման արարողությանը: Հայտնում են Կառավարությունից։
Վարչապետը շրջել է դպրոցում, ծանոթացել իրականացված աշխատանքներին և ստեղծված պայմաններին: Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմել է 1 մլրդ 929 մլն դրամ: Այն իրականացվել է Կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի Սեյսմիկ անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագրով: Իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքում Փոքր Վեդի բնակավայրն ունի նոր դպրոց՝ 432 աշակերտ նախագծային հզորությամբ։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորել է ներկաներին հոյակերտ դպրոցի շինարարության ավարտի առիթով և նշել. «Ուզում եմ նախևառաջ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր աշխատող, արդյունք ստեղծող և օրենքով սահմանված հարկերը վճարող քաղաքացիներին: Հարկ վճարողների շնորհիվ, առաջին հերթին, նրանց ֆինանսավորման շնորհիվ է այս դպրոցը կառուցվել, ինչպես ճանապարհները, մանկապարտեզները, հանրային բազմաթիվ կառույցներ»:
Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև դպրոցի կառուցման տարբեր փուլերում իրենց մասնակցությունն ունեցած բոլոր պատկան մարմիններին, շինարարական կազմակերպություններին, ընդգծել, որ շինարարական աշխատանքների որակի փոփոխությունն ակնհայտ է:
Դպրոցի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը, ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, սկսվում է հենց շենքից: «Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, որ դպրոցը լինի ամենատեսանելի, ամենակարևոր շենքը, որովհետև այստեղ, իրոք, շատ բան ենք մենք սովորում: Սա կրթական պրոցես է և՛ Կառավարության համար, և՛ ուսուցիչների, և՛ աշակերտների, և՛ համայնքի, և՛ բոլորիս համար»,- նշել է վարչապետը և հավելել, որ դպրոցը սովորեցնում է նաև համակեցություն, շրջակա միջավայրի հետ ներդաշնակ լինել և այլն:
Վարչապետը գոհունակությամբ է արձանագրել, որ «300 դպրոց, 500 մանկապարտեզ» ծրագիրը հաջողությամբ շարունակվում է, որի շրջանակում էլ կառուցվել է Փոքր Վեդու միջնակարգ դպրոցը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է. «Ես հույս ունեմ, որ այս շենքը, որ մենք այսօր ձեզ ենք հանձնում, կկենդանացնեք, որովհետև շենքը՝ շենք, բայց դպրոցն ապրելու է ձեզնով, դպրոցն ապրելու է այնպես, ինչպես դուք եք ապրեցնելու: Եվ ես համոզված եմ, որ Փոքր Վեդիում դպրոցը կապրի, կզարգանա և դրանից Փոքր Վեդիի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կյանքն ավելի տեսանելի կլինի և հեռանկարին ավելին միտված կլինի»:
