Բաքուն նոր պահանջներ է քաշո՞ւմ

Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ Զիյաֆեթ Ասկերովը հայտարարել է, թե «այս պահի դրությամբ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի 17 կետերից 15-ն է համաձայնեցված, չհամաձայնեցված երկու կետերից մեկը վերաբերում է Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացմանը, երկրորդ կետը տարածքային պահանջներն են, որոնք ամրագրված են Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ»:
Ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյայի այս հայտարարությունը հակասում է այդ երկրի նախագահի՝ ավելի վաղ ասած խոսքերին։ Անցած տարեվերջին Իլհամ Ալիևը նշել էր, թե Երևանն ու Բաքուն խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստում դեռևս չեն համաձայնեցրել միմյանց նկատմամբ միջազգային հայցերից ձեռնպահ մնալու և սահմանին երրորդ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ չտեղակայելու մասին կետերը։ Գրեթե նույնը կրկնել էր նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Առնվազն սխալ կլինի կարծել, թե Ասկերովը չի հասկանում, թե ինչ է խոսում։ Ընդհակառակը, Բաքուն կարծես նոր պահանջներ է առաջ քաշում, դրանց «սղղացնելով» չհամաձայնեցված երկու կետերի տակ։ Զարմանալի չէ, որ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը շտապեց հերքել Ասկերովի հայտարարությունը։
Ուշագրավ է Ասկերովի մեկ այլ հայտարարություն։ Նա ասել է, որ Բաքուն «ուզում է պայմանագիր կնքել հայկական պետության հետ, ոչ թե վարչապետի»։ Ըստ երևույթին, Բաքվում հասկանում են, որ տարատեսակ ճնշումներով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից համաձայնություն կորզելը բոլորովին չի ապահովում Բաքվի հաջողությունը։ Փաշինյանն իր իշխանությունը պահպանելու համար պատրաստ է գնալ ցանկացած զիջման, բայց դա տարածաշրջանին խաղաղություն չի բերելու։ Ուստի Ադրբեջանը Փաշինյանից բացի կարիք ունի ճնշումներով հասնել հենց ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կապիտուլյացիային։ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության՝ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնած փոփոխությունն էլ այն կապիտուլյացիան է, որը ցանկանում են ստանալ հայ ժողովրդից։ Ուստի, անհրաժեշտ է մերժել Փաշինյանի հերթական ազգադավ ձեռնարկը, իսկ նրան ու իր թիմին ուղարկել պատմության աղբանոցը։
