«Հրապարակ». Սպանվածի եղբայրը պաշտոն է ստացել

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Փետրվարի 5-ի լուսաբացին Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի Մերձավան բնակավայրի ՔՊ-ական գյուղապետ Մհեր Ախտոյանի տան մոտ մեծ «ռազբորկա» էր տեղի ունեցել, ծեծկռտուքին մեկ տասնյակից ավելի անձ էր մասնակցել, կրակոցներից Ախտոյանի հորաքրոջ 29-ամյա տղան էր սպանվել, մեկ այլ անձ՝ վիրավորվել։
Թեպետ դեպքի հանգամանքների հետ կապված պաշտոնական պարզաբանում չկա, սակայն համայնքի բնակիչները կարծում են, որ վեճը ծագել է «թայֆայական» կռվի պատճառով՝ նախկին գյուղապետի «թեւի» հետ տեւական թշնամանքով պայմանավորված, քանի որ այդ հողի վրա մշտապես վեճեր են եղել։
Դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, հետապնդվում է 9 անձ, որոնցից 5-ի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց, ընտրվել է կալանքը, 3-ի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը, մեկի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում, որը, ենթադրաբար, սպանություն կատարած անձն է։
Մամուլը գրում էր, որ դեպքին անմիջականորեն մասնակցել է Մհեր Ախտոյանը, մինչդեռ Քննչական կոմիտեից դա հերքեցին. «Վարչական ղեկավարը դեպքերին չի մասնակցել, որեւէ կարգավիճակ չունի»:
Մերձավանի մեր աղբյուրը հակառակն է պնդում՝ դեպքերի կենտրոնում հենց Մհեր Ախտոյանն է եղել, քննիչներն են որոշել չկալանավորել, որ շարունակի որպես վարչական ղեկավար աշխատել․ «Ինքը 5 ամիս բերդում նստած է եղել՝ ԱԱԾ պադվալում, հետո տարան բերդ, էնտեղից էլ բերեցին վարչական ղեկավար»։
Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց՝ այս պահին գյուղում լարվածություն չկա, միայն ոստիկաններն են փետրվարի 5-ից այս կողմ ավելացել․ «Ոստիկանները հերթափոխով գիշեր-ցերեկ հսկում են Ախտոյանի տունը եւ այն մարդկանց տները, ովքեր կասկածվում են սպանությունը կատարելու, մասնակից լինելու մեջ»։
Մերձավանցին պատմեց նաեւ, որ 29-ամյա սպանվածի եղբորը դեպքերից հետո նշանակել են գյուղի մշակույթի տան տնօրեն, եւ զուգահեռ անցկացրեց․ «Վազգենին որ խփեցին, ախպորը դրեցին վարչապետ, տենց, էլի․․․․»։
