VIDEO«Փաշինյանի «գաղափարական» ցնդաբանությունը արդյունք է որոշակի զարգացումների։ Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ արդեն մեկ տարուց ավել է ադրբեջանական ցանկացած պաշտոնյա, որը որևէ կերպ առնչվում է բանակցություններին, բոլորը միաբերան պահանջում են ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 21-ին, NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաքվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորման համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանն այն մասին, որ նոր Սահմանադրության անհրաժեշտություն կա։
«Փաշինյանն արդեն նրանց ընդառաջ քայլ արեց՝ իր կողմից վերահսկվող ՍԴ–ի շուրթերով հայտարարելով, որ Սահմանադրության տեսքտում թեև հղում է արվում անկախության հռչակագրին, բայց անկախության հռչակագիրը գործում է այնքանով, որքանով ուղիղ արտացոլված է Սահմանադրության տեքստի մեջ։ Դա իրավական տեսանկյունից նոնսենս է։ Փաշինյանն իր գեղջկական խորամանկությամբ որոշել էր խաբել Ալիևին, ինչը բնականաբար չստացվեց, և Ալիևը շարունակում է ներկայացնել իր պահանջները»,–ասաց Չալաբյանը։
Ավետիք Չալաբյանի խոսքով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձելու է փոխել Սահմանադրությունը, սակայն նրա մոտ դա չի ստացվելու, որովհետև այևս բավական քաղաքական կապիտալ չունի։
«Հասկանալի է, որ փորձելու են զարտուղի ճանապարհներ փնտրել, օրինակ գրանցված աշխատողների թիվը պակասացնել։ Ամենամեծ կեղծիքը, որ Փաշինյանը գործարկելու է, հետևյալն է՝ ասելու է՝ եթե չքվեարկեք, նորից պատերազմ է սկսվելու»,–ասաց նա։
Լրագրողի հարցին, թե ինչու՞ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այնքան վստահ, որ 2026 թվականին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում վերընտրվելու է, որ որոշել է ընտրություններից հետո փոխել Սահմանադրությունը, Չալաբյանը պատասխանեց.
«Ես ինքս գրեթե վստահ եմ, որ Փաշինյանը կկորցնի իշխանությունը։ Դա առաջին հերթին ուղերձ է Ալիևին, ասում է՝ դու ինձնից պահանջում ես Սահմանադրությունը փոխել, ես ինչ կարողանում եմ, հիմա անում եմ, փորձում եմ ժողովրդիս հոմոզել։ Բայց այդ ուղերձը մի կարևոր հակառակ կողմ ունի, որը, ենթադրում եմ՝ Փաշինյանը մինչև վերջ չի հաշվարկել։ Մի ծայրահեղ հակազդեցություն է ստեղծել հասարակության ներսում։ Օրինակ, այդ ուղերձի տեքստը դրված է կառավարության կայքում, եթե դուք ուշադրություն դարձնեք տակը ծավալված քննարկմանը, բացասական արձագանքները ծայրահեղ գերակշռում են դրականներին։ Մարդիկ լավ հասկանում են, որ սա Փաշինյանի կողմից վերջին հուսահետ փորձն է՝ Հայաստանը տանել թուրքացման ճանապարհով»։
