Ինչպես հայտնի է, առանց ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու դեպքում տուգանքը 100 հազար դրամ է, իսկ եթե արձանագրությունը կազմելուց հետո 24 ժամվա մեջ կնքվում և ներկայացնում է ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր, տուգանքի չափը նվազեցվում է, և վարորդը վճարում է 25,000 դրամ։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը:
«Ստացվում է, որ այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք չենք ստուգել ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի ժամկետը, և չեն հասցնում 1 օրվա ընթացքում կնքել նոր պայմանագիր, ընկնում են սոցիալական բեռի տակ։
Քաղաքացիներն ահազանգում են, որ վարչական տույժի այս չափը՝ 100,000 դրամը, բավականին մեծ գումար է իրենց համար։
Շատ տրամաբանական կլիներ, եթե տույժի ենթարկելուց առաջ առնվազն 1 անգամ տրվեր զգուշացում, այնուհետև սահմանվեր տուգանքը։
Քանի որ խնդիրը հանրության լայն մասսաների հետաքրքրության տիրույթում է, այս կապակցությամբ գրություն եմ ուղարկել նաև փոխոստիկանապետին՝ պարզելու, թե արդյո՞ք կան քննարկումներ անմիջապես տուգանելու այս մոտեցումը վերանայելու վերաբերյալ»,- գրել է նա:
