Ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերքի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարը շարունակում է մնալ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության առաջնահերթություններից, և այս ուղղությամբ առավել ինտենսիվ են ինչպես հայտնաբերման և առգրավման, այնպես էլ բնակչության շրջանում տարվող բացատրական աշխատանքները, այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ–ից: 

Հրազենի գործադրմամբ կատարվող հանցագործությունները, ծանր հետևանքներից բացի, նաև ստանում են հանրային լայն հնչողություն` ձևավորելով իրավիճակը առավել խիստ միջոցներով վերահսկելու ընդհանրական պահանջ։

«Միայն փետրվարի 17-ին և 18-ին ՆԳՆ Քրեական և Համայնքային ոստիկանության տարածքային մի շարք ստորաբաժանումներում արձանագրվել է ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքի կամավոր հանձնման 15 դեպք, երկու օրում հանձնվել է ընդհանուր՝ 91 միավոր զենք, մասնավորապես՝ 2 գնդացիր, 30 ինքնաձիգ, 2 նռնականետ, 20 մարտական և 1 գազային ատրճանակ, 11 ակոսափող և 25 ողորկափող հրացան։

Քրեական ոստիկանության Արմավիրի, Արագածոտնի, Կոտայքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Շիրակի, Վայոց ձորի մարզային և Երևան քաղաքի վարչություններում կամավոր հանձնվել են գնդացիրներ, ինքնաձիգներ, նռնականետ, ակոսափող և ողորկափող հրացաններ, ատրճանակներ, նռնակներ և տարբեր տեսակի զինամթերք։

Համայնքային ոստիկանության Սևանի, Ճամաբարակի, Տավուշի, Ախուրյանի, Կապանի, Արմավիրի, Նոյեմբերյանի բաժիններում էլ արձանագրվել են ինքնաձիգներ, հրացաններ, նռնականետ, ատրճանակներ, նռնակներ և ռազմամթերք կամավոր հանձնելու դեպքեր։

Նշենք, որ միայն այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ից փետրվարի 18-ը ՆԳՆ Քրեական ոստիկանության և Համայնքային ոստիկանության, ինչպես նաև Պարեկային ծառայության կողմից հայտնաբերվել, առգրավվել, նաև՝ կամավոր հանձնվել է ընդհանուր 398 միավոր զենք, անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ՝ 126-ով ավելի»,–ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:

Ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքի հայտնաբերման և առգրավման գործընթացը հետևողականորեն շարունակվում է։

Ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքը կամավոր հանձնողն ազատվում է քրեական պատասխանատվությունից: Մինչդեռ, երբ իրավապահներն են հայտնաբերում, քրեական պատասխանատվությունն անխուսափելի է, ընդհուպ՝ ազատազրկում։

Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հորդորում է՝ նաև քրեական պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու համար ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքը կամավոր հանձնել իրավապահ մարմիններին։
