Հունվարին 461 հարկ վճարողի մոտ արձանագրվել է ՀԴՄ կիրառման կանոնների խախտում. տուգանքի չափը կազմել է շուրջ 220.6 մլն դրամ. ՊԵԿ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ շարունակվում են հսկողական աշխատանքները հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենայի կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքերի բացահայտման ուղղությամբ։ Հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենայի կիրառումը պարտադիր է բնակչությանն ապրանք վաճառելիս, ծառայություն մատուցելիս կամ աշխատանք կատարելիս կանխիկ դրամով կամ վճարային քարտերի միջոցով վճարում կատարելու, այդ թվում` կանխավճար կամ մասնակի վճարում ընդունելու դեպքում: Իրավախախտումների կանխարգելումն ու բացահայտումը հնարավորություն կտա ապահովել կայուն և վստահելի բիզնես միջավայր։ ՊԵԿ-ը հորդորում է հարկ վճարողներին դրսևորել հարկային կարգապահություն և զերծ մնալ հարկային օրենսդրության պահանջները խախտելուց։ Հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից:

Միաժամանակ, Կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2025 թվականի հունվար ամսվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել են հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման կանոնների խախտման 461 դեպք և շուրջ 220․6 մլն դրամի չափով տուգանք։

Արձանագրված խախտումներից 27 դեպքով 27 հարկ վճարողի մոտ արձանագրվել է 1.0 մլն դրամ և ավելի տուգանք՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 64 մլն դրամի չափով: Հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքերով 1.0 մլն դրամ և ավելի տուգանք արձանագրվել է փաստացի գործունեության հետևյալ ոլորտներում.

  • ավտոգազալցակայանում 4 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 4 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 4.44 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • hագուստի, կոշիկի և գործվածքների առևտրի, ավտոգազալցակայանի ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․24 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հանրային սննդի (հանդիսությունների սրահ ունեցող և չունեցող) ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․53 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հանրային սննդի (չունի հանդիսությունների սրահ) ոլորտում 3 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 3 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 4.7 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հացի կամ հացաբուլկեղենի արտադրության և մթերային խանութի ոլորտներում 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 21 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • hեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․2 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, ավտոտեխսպասարկման և (կամ) ավտոլվացման, ավտոպահեստամասերի առևտրի ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 8 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, մթերային խանութի ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 1․24 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • մթերային խանութում 10 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 10 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 16․67 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • մսամթերքի արտադրութան, մսամթերքի առևտրի և ավտոգազալցակայանի ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․4 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • տնտեսական ապրանքների խանութի ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․2 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • այլ ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․3 մլն դրամ տուգանք։

Միաժամանակ, Կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀԴՄ կիրառման կանոնների խախտում թույլ տված հարկ վճարողների ցանկերում հաշվի չեն առնվել ստուգման ակտերի վարչական կամ դատական կարգով հնարավոր վիճարկման արդյունքները:
