Զբոսաշրջությունը Հայաստանում նվազում է ամեն ամիս

Զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեն ներկայացրել է 2025 թվականի հունվարին դեպի Հայաստան զբոսաշրջային այցելությունների թիվը։ 2025 թ. հունվարին Հայաստան այցելել է 139.482 զբոսաշրջիկ։ Այս թիվը գրեթե 15 հազարով կամ 10 տոկոսով պակաս է, քան 2024 թ. հունվարին։
Արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելի զբոսաշրջիկների թիվն անշեղորեն նվազում է արձանագրում։ 2025 թ․ հունվար ամսին դեպի Հայաստան առավել շատ զբոսաշրջային այցելություններ գրանցվել են Ռուսաստանից (39.5 %), Վրաստանից (13 %) և Իրանից (9.4 %): Ավանդաբար Հայաստան ամենաշատն այցելում են ԱՊՀ երկրներից և առաջին հերթին՝ Ռուսաստանից։
Զբոսաշրջության նվազման միտումը սկսվել է Հայաստանում ռուսական «Միր» քարտերի սահմանափակումներից հետո, երբ գրեթե բոլոր բանկերը՝ բացառությամբ ռուսական ՎՏԲ-ի դուստր բանկի հայտարարեցին, որ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ չհայտնվելու համար կասեցնում են «Միր» քարտերի սպասարկումը։
Սովորաբար այդ այցելությունները ողջ թվի կեսից ավելին են լինում, և այժմ ռուսաստանցի զբոսաշրջիկների համար բարդություններ են առաջացել։ Բնական է, որ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները նախընտրելու են այլ, ավելի հարմար երկրներ, որտեղ քարտերը սպասարկվում են։
Զբոսաշրջության նվազումը շղթայական կերպով ազդում է նաև մյուս ոլորտների՝ այդ թվում հյուրանոցների, ռեստորանների աշխատանքի վրա, իսկ դա Հայաստանի տնտեսության բավականին լուրջ մի հոդված է, որը ոչ միայն տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց աշխատանքով և կայուն եկամտով է ապահովում, այլև զգալի հարկեր են վճարվում։
Գործող իշխանությունները ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում այդ ուղղությամբ, ընդհակառակը, փորձում են տարբեր անհեթեթ պատճառաբանություններով արդարացնել իրենց։ Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը 2024 թվականին նվազել է ընդդիմության բողոքի ակցիաների պատճառով։ «Չեմ ուզում դրամատիզացնել, բայց տուրիստական օպերատորներն ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին չեղարկել են հազարավոր այցեր, կարծում եմ՝ մեծ թվով զբոսաշրջիկներ չեն եկել Հայաստան Երևանում կազմակերպված հանրահավաքների պատճառով, հատկապես այն պարագայում, երբ ռուսական որոշ հեռուստաալիքներ հայտարարեցին մինչև 200 հազար մարդկանց մասնակցությամբ հանրահավաքների մասին»,- ասել էր նա։
