Մեծ ցավ է Արցախի հայաթափված լինելը: Այս մասին Եռաբլուրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
Օհանյանն ընդգծեց՝ մենք պետք է շարունակենք մեր պայքարը մեր ինքության, Արցախի հետ վերադարձի համար:
Դրա համար, ըստ պատգամավորի, կա երեք պայման: «Ամեն ինչ պետք է արվի, որ ցեղասպան ու հանցագործ Ադրբեջանն իր պատիժը ստանա: Արցախի Հանրապետության բոլոր ինստիտուտները պետք է գործեն և՛ Արցախի ժողովրդի կարգավիճակի՛ և՛ հավաքական պահելու, և՛ նաև պայմաններ ստեղծելու հետագայում Արցախ հետ վերադարձի առումով: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ պետք է բանակցային գործընթացը շարունակվի գործող ձևաչափով՝ Մինսկի համանախագահությամբ»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ Նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթուղթն ընդդիմությունը, այդ թվում Դուք համարում էին կապիտուլյացիա, հիմա ինչպե՞ս է երկրորդ նախագահն ասում, թե այդ փաստաթղթով պետք է արցախցիները վերադառնան, նա ասաց. «Միջնորդավորված փաստաթուղթը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի իննի փաստաթուղթն է: Իհարկե, սա որոշակի առումով կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթ է, բայց երբ խոսք է գնում Մեղրիի հատվածով, Սյունիքով ճանապարհների տրամադրմանը, իսկ Ադրբեջանը նախատեսում է, որ դա պետք է լինի միջանցք, միակ տարբերակն այդ փաստաթղթին վերադառնալն է, որովհետև այդ փաստաթղթի 4-5 կետեր չեն իրականացվել: Այն միակ փաստաթուղթն է, որի վրա հենվելով՝ հնարավորություն կտա փորձել Արցախի վերադարձի հարց լուծել»:
