Ալիևն այսօր Արցախում ողջ օրը հակահայ ելույթներ է ունեցել, զուգահեռ ՀՀ վարչապետը «հանկարծ» հայտարարում է Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու մասին, ինչը գրեթե ամեն օր պահանջում են Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան։ Այս մասին գրել է թյուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը:

«Ալիևը այսօր հերթական անգամ օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում է։ Ողջ օրը շրջելով օկուպացված Արցախում՝ դարձյալ հակահայկական ելույթներ է ունեցել։

 Զուգահեռ Ալիևի կամքը կատարող և միաժամանկ Հայաստնաի դե-ֆակտո վարչապետը «հանկարծ» հայտարարում է Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու մասին, որը գրեթե ամեն օր պահանջում է Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան», - գրել է Գեղամյանն ու ավելացրել։

«Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու նպատակը երկուսն է.

1. Կատարել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հերթական պահանջը։ 

Փոփոխությունները վերաբերելու են ոչ միայն Արցախի ու Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցին (դրանք լիարժեք հանվելու են), այլև հնարավորություններ են ստեղծվելու թուրքական հաջորդ պահանջները կատարելու համար՝ հանգեցնելով  Հայաստանի անկախության կորստին։

2. Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գնով ևս մի փոքր երկարացնել սեփական իշխանությունը։

Հայաստանի այսօրվա խնդիրների հետ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը ոչ մի կապ չունի։ Այն բացառապես թուրք-ադրբեջանական պահանջ է։

Այս թեմայով ցանկացած այլ ոճի քննարկում կոչված է մոլորեցնելու մեզ և հերթական կորուստներին տանելու»։

Նշենք, որ Փաշինյանն այսօր է հայտարարել նոր Սահմանադրություն ընդունելու անհրաժեշտության մասին:
