Այսօր «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում տեղի է ունեցել վարչական շենքի և կալանավորված անձանց պահելու վայրի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱՆ–ից։
Նշվում է, որ բացման արարողությանը ներկա Սրբուհի Գալյանը, խոսելով անազատության մեջ գտնվող անձանց պահման պայմանների բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունից՝ նշել է, որ «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկն իր պայմաններով առանձնահատուկ կարգավիճակ ունի և մոտ ապագայում կարող է այն նշաձողը դառնալ, որին պետք է ձգտեն և հասնեն մյուս քրեակատարողական հիմնարկները։
«Ինչպես գիտենք, այստեղ անազատության մեջ գտնվողները յուրահատուկ են, քանի որ կանայք են և անչափահասներ, և այդ է պատճառը, որ առաջին հերթին պետք է բարեկարգվի հենց «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկը»,- ընդգծել է նախարարը։
Խոսելով նորոգված վարչական շենքից՝ Սրբուհի Գալյանն ընդգծել է պետական ծառայողների արժանապատիվ աշխատանքային պայմանների անհրաժեշտությունը։ Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ մոտ ապագայում միջոցներ կստեղծվեն բոլոր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում ապահովելու «Աբովյան» ՔԿՀ-ի չափանիշները։
Միջոցառման հյուր Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը կարևորել է անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց իրավունքների իրացումը՝ շեշտադրելով հատկապես պատշաճ բժշկական ծառայության կարևորությունը։ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության ղեկավար Ծովինար Թադևոսյանը շնորհավորել է գործընկերներին՝ ծառայությունը բարեկարգ պայմաններում իրականացնելու հնարավորության առթիվ և շնորհակալություն հայտնել կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքի համար։ Արդարադատության նախարարը՝ Մարդու իրավունքների հետ շրջայց է իրականացրել «Աբովյան» ՔԿՀ-ի վերանորոգված հատվածներում, զրուցել ազատազրկվածների հետ։ Սրբուհի Գալյանն այցելել է նաև հիմնարկի չգործող կեցավայր, որը հետագայում ենթակա է նորոգման։
