Արմեն Գալջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Օրեր առաջ ավտոբուսում միջադեպ էր տեղի ունեցել, երբ վարորդը տարեց մարդուն մի փոքր կոշտ ձևով դուրս էր հրավիրել, քանի որ նա երթևեկում էր առանց վճարի։ Կանխավարկած կար, որ պապիկն ունի 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն և կարող է անվճար երթևեկել, սակայն դեռ չէր ստացել իր արտոնությունը՝ միգուցե տեղյակ չլինելու կամ ընթացակարգը չիմանալու պատճառով։
Օրեր առաջ ավտոբուսում միջադեպ էր տեղի ունեցել, երբ վարորդը տարեց մարդուն մի փոքր կոշտ ձևով դուրս էր հրավիրել, քանի որ նա երթևեկում էր առանց վճարի։ Կանխավարկած կար, որ պապիկն ունի 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն և կարող է անվճար երթևեկել, սակայն դեռ չէր ստացել իր արտոնությունը՝ միգուցե տեղյակ չլինելու կամ ընթացակարգը չիմանալու պատճառով։
Մենք գտանք այդ մարդուն, և հաշմանդամության կարգի հաստատումից հետո նրան տրամադրեցինք տարեկան անվճար փաթեթ, որով նա կարող է անսահմանափակ օգտվել ավտոբուսից, մետրոյից և տրոլեյբուսից։

Չնայած այս ամենին՝ հավելեմ, որ վարորդը ստացել է նկատողություն՝ բարեվարքության կանոնները խախտելու համար։
