Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային միության անդամ է, որը Հայաստանին բավական մեծ ֆինանսական մուտք է տալիս, օրինակ համար վերջին տարիներին, երբ Ռուսաստան հայտնվեց պատժամիջոցների տակ, Հայաստանից մեծ թվով ապրանք էր գնում և Հայաստանը դրա վրա բավականին մեծ գումարներ աշխատեց։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հայաքվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արմեն Մանվելյանը։
«Դա հենց նրա շնորհիվ է, որ մենք այդ մաքսային միության ընդամ ենք: Եթե Աստված չանի, մենք դուրս գանք մաքսային միությունից, ապա ամբողջ շրջանառությունը կանգ կառնի և Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն էլ ուղղակի կանգ կառնի։ Որովհետև ԵԱՏՄ-ն ոչ միայն ուղղակի տնտեսական միություն է, այլեւ առաջին հերթին էներգետիկ միություն է, էներգակիրների մեծ շուկայի միությունը: Դա էլ մեզ հնարավորություն տալիս էժան գազ ու վառելիք ներմուծել: Մեծամորի ատոմակայանն աշխատում է ռուսական հարստացված ուրանով, որը մենք գնում ենք միջազգային գներից էժան գներով։ Գազը մենք առնում ենք 165 դոլարով, երբ ԵՄ-ում գազի գինը 600 դոլար է: Այս ամբողջ համակարգը փլուզումը կբերի այս ամեն տնտեսական և նաև քաղաքական համակարգի փլուզման»,-ասաց նա:
Մանվելյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ սա միտումնավոր թշնամական քաղաքականություն է Հայաստանի դիրքերը թուլացնելու համար. «Իրենք խնդիր ունեն ամեն գնով մնալ իշխանության։ Իրենք իրենց արտաքին քաղաքականությունը կազմում են «ով կլինի մեր իրաշխավորը, նրա տակ էլ կպառկենք» սկզբունքով։ Հիմա իրենք վազվզում են տարբեր տեղեր, փնտրում են այդ երաշխավորին: Եթե պետք է՝ իրենք կվազեն Մոսկվա, նախկինում անընդհատ Վաշինգտոնում էին գնում: Հիմա փորձում են Մակրոնի միջոցով երաշխավոր փնտրել՝ հանձինս ԵՄ-ի:
Բայց վերջնաարդյունքում իրենք սկսել են նաև որոշակի հարաբերություններ կառուցել Էրդողանի և Անկարայի հետ՝ փորձելով իրենց իշխանության մնալու, որպես երաշխավոր տեսնել այս երկիրը»,- ընդգծեց նա:
