«Բոլոր կողմերը պետք է զիջումների գնան Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար»,- ասել է Ռուբիոն՝ ի պատասխան Ռուսաստանի դեմ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների չեղարկման մասին հարցին։
