ՌԴ Պետդուման վավերացրել է Բելառուսի հետ անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին համաձայնագիրը

Պետդուման լիագումար նիստում վավերացրել է Բելառուսի հետ Միութենական պետության կազմում անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին համաձայնագիրը, որը ստորագրվել է Մինսկում 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 6-ին։
2025 թվականի փետրվարի 5-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը փաստաթուղթը ներկայացրել է Պետդումա՝ վավերացման։ Պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ կողմերը պարտավորվում են աջակցել միմյանց բոլոր համաձայնեցված և միջազգայնորեն ընդունելի միջոցներով ու մեթոդներով, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկել համապատասխան գործողություններ քաղաքական, ռազմական և այլ ոլորտներում՝ կողմերից որևէ մեկի և ամբողջ Միության պետության անվտանգության վրա հարձակումների դեպքում։
Կողմերը Միութենական պետության մասնակցի վրա զինված հարձակումը կդիտարկեն որպես ագրեսիայի ակտ ամբողջ Միութենական պետության դեմ և կձեռնարկեն համապատասխան հակաքայլեր՝ օգտագործելով իրենց տրամադրության տակ գտնվող բոլոր ուժերն ու միջոցները:
Բացի այդ, կողմերը համարում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջուկային զենքը որպես կարևոր գործոն միջուկային ռազմական հակամարտությունների և սովորական զենքերի օգտագործմամբ ռազմական հակամարտությունների առաջացումը կանխելու համար, ինչպես նաև զսպման միջոց, որի կիրառումը ծայրահեղ և հարկադիր միջոց է:
Նշվում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջուկային զենքը կարող է օգտագործվել ի պատասխան միջուկային զենքի կամ զանգվածային ոչնչացման այլ տեսակի զենքի օգտագործման պայմանագրի կողմերից որևէ մեկի դեմ։ Այն կարող է կիրառվել նաև կողմերից որևէ մեկի դեմ ագրեսիայի դեպքում, երբ օգտագործում են սովորական զենքեր, որոնք կրիտիկական սպառնալիք է ստեղծում ինքնիշխանության կամ տարածքային ամբողջականության համար։ Բելառուսի պաշտպանության համար Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության՝ դրա տարածքում տեղակայված միջուկային զենք օգտագործելու որոշումը կայացվում է կողմերի սահմանած կարգով:
