Չինաստանի Նանչանգի համալսարանի գիտնականների թիմը պարզել է, որ ալյումինե փայլաթիթեղը կարող է բարելավել արևային մարտկոցների ջերմահաղորդականությունը և սառեցնել դրանք ներսից։ Այս մասին գրել է pv magazine պորտալը, գրում է focus.ua–ն։

Հաղորդվում է, որ գիտնականներն արևային վահանակի կառուցվածքում լավ ջերմային հաղորդունակությամբ ալյումինե փայլաթիթեղ են տեղադրել, որպեսզի ջերմությունը ցրվի լայնակի ուղղությամբ՝ միաժամանակ բարելավելով ջերմաստիճանի միատեսակությունն ամբողջ մարտկոցում:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, թիմն առաջարկել է փայլաթիթեղի տեղադրման երկու տարբերակ, ստեղծել է դրանք և համեմատել առանց փայլաթիթեղի մոդելի հետ։ Առաջին մոդելում (CAE) c-Si արևային մարտկոցի և էթիլեն վինիլացետատի (EVA) շերտի միջև դրվել է 0,5 մմ հաստությամբ ալյումինե փայլաթիթեղ: Երկրորդ տարբերակում (EAG) փայլաթիթեղը տեղադրվել է էթիլեն վինիլացետատի շերտի և ապակու շերտի միջև:

Ամպամած օրը փորձարկելիս EAG PV մոդուլի սառեցման առավելագույն և միջին ազդեցությունը ստանդարտի համեմատ եղել է համապատասխանաբար 2,9 °C և 1,9 °C: Համապատասխան սառեցման էֆեկտները CAE PV մոդուլի համար եղել են համապատասխանաբար 2,3 °C և 1,5 °C: Պարզ օրը EAG PV մոդուլի առավելագույն և միջին սառեցման ազդեցությունը համապատասխանաբար եղել է 4,7 °C և 2,4 °C:

Արեգակնային մարտկոցներում փայլաթիթեղի ազդեցությունը ջերմային միատեսակության վրա գնահատելու համար գիտնականները յուրաքանչյուր մոդուլի եզրին ավելացրել են լրացուցիչ ջերմազույգեր: Այն դեպքում, երբ սովորական վահանակի առավելագույն տարբերությունը 20 °C էր, EAG-ում տարբերությունը առավելագույնինը եղել է 14,6 °C, իսկ CAE-ում՝ 14,9 °C:

«Արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ ալյումինե փայլաթիթեղը նվազեցնում է ջերմաստիճանի տարբերությունն ամբողջ ՖՎ մոդուլում 6,17 °C-ով և բարելավում է ջերմաստիճանի միատեսակությունը՝ համեմատած էտալոնային ՖՎ մոդուլների հետ», - եզրակացրել են գիտնականները:
