Գևորգ Պապոյանը խաբե՞լ է հանրությանը

Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը նոր հոբբի է գտել իր համար, տեսանյութեր է պատրաստում տնտեսական թեմաներով և փորձում հանրությանը համոզել, թե ՀՀ տնտեսությունում ամեն ինչ լավ է։ Իսկ, որ ոչինչ էլ լավ չէ, պարզ է յուրաքանչյուրին։

Պապոյանն արդեն հասցրել է քննադատությունների թիրախ դառնալ, երբ միտումնավոր խառնել է պետական և արտաքին պարտքերը՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, որ ՀՀ պետական պարտքն այնքան էլ մեծ չէ։ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին պարտքը 12 միլիարդ դոլար չէ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին պարտքը 5 միլիարդ 962 միլիոն դոլար է, կրկնում եմ՝ 5 միլարդ 962 միլիոն դոլար», - հայտարարել է Պապոյանը:

Առաջին հայացքից որևէ անհամապատասխանություն չկա, Պապոյանը ճիտ է ասում, որ արտաքին պարտքը 5,96 մլրդ դոլար է, մինչդեռ պետության պարտքի մեջ հաշվարկվում է ոչ միայն արտաքին պարտքը, այլև՝ ներքինը։

Երբ նախարարին իր իսկ մանիպուլյացիայի մասին ասել են սոցցանցերում, ցնցող պատասխան է տվել. «Ներքին պարտքն այն է, որ պետությունը պարտք է իր քաղաքացիներին։ Ոնց որ դուք պարտք լինեք ձեր ընտանիքի անդամին։ Նույն բանն է, որ մի գրպանից հանես, մյուս գրպանը դնես»։

Թերևս, ոչ կրթությունը, ոչ գիտելիքները չեն բավարարել ավելի լուրջ պատասխան տալու, արդյունքում Պապոյանը ոչ թե շարքային օգտատիրոջն է ծաղրել, այլ ինքն իրեն։

Արտաքին և ներքին պարտքերը մեկ ընդհանրություն ունեն՝ դրանք պետք է վերադարձնել, ընդ որում՝ տոկոսներով։ Իսկ այդ գումարները ոչ թե ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն են վերցրել, այլ պետությունը, կարևոր չէ՝ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամից, հայաստանյան որևէ բանկից, թե պայմանական Պողոսից, ով զգալի միջոցներ ունի բարձի տակ։ Իսկ գումարներն ու տոկոսները վճարում են շարքային քաղաքացիները՝ իրենց գրպանից։
