ԱԳՆ անդորրը խաթարվել է. հնարավոր են պաշտոնանկություններ

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնում Արարատ Միրզոյանի նշանակումից հետո ակնհայտ էր, որ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը քանդելու նպատակ է դրված։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո հասկացել էր, որ ԱԳ կադրային դիվանագետների հետ իր նման ապիկարին չի հաջողվելու լեզու գտնել, ուստի ամեն ինչ արել է ԱԳՆ-ից միայն ֆասադը թողնելու համար։
Ընդ որում, ԱԳՆ-ում հակասությունները երբեք էլ ի ցույց չեն դրել հրապարակայնորեն, բայց, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, վերջին շրջանում իրավիճակը կտրուկ լարվել է։ Եվ դրա մեղավորը Միրզոյանն է՝ իր կադրերի հետ։ Մասնավորապես, անցած շաբաթ կառավարության նիստից հետո փոխարտգործնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանի հայտարարությունները լցրել են մի խումբ դիվանագետների համբերության բաժակը, նախարարից պահանջել են զսպել և լռեցնել իր բերած թերուս կադրին։ Կոստանյանը, նշենք, հարցին, թե Ադրբեջանը հարձակվի Հայաստանի վրա ու փորձի ուժով խլել միջանցքը, ի՞նչ է անելու ՀՀ-ն, ասել էր. «Հայաստանը, իրեն հասու ողջ գործիքակազմով՝ դիվանագիտական և ոչ միայն, պետք է պաշտպանի իր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»:
Իբր դիվանագիտորեն հարցը շրջանցելու նրա արարքը վերածվել էր իրականում խեղճության ևս մեկ դրսևորման, ինչն էլ հարուցել է դիվանագետների զայրույթը։ Արարատ Միրզոյանը պաշտպանել է ոչ թե հին դիվանագետներին, այլ Կոստանյանին, ասել, որ նա կատարում է իր հանձնարարությունները։ Որոշ կադրային դիվանագետներ, նաև արտերկրում նշանակված դեսպաններ սպառնացել են հրաժարական ներկայացնել։ Իսկ դա բոլորովին չի հուզում գործող իշխանություններին։ Ավելին, հայտարարել են, որ հեռացողների փոխարեն նշանակումներ անելու են ՔՊ քաղաքական թիմից։
