«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել իր ենթակայությամբ գործող՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գեղիի՝ ակադեմիկոս Գ. Աղաջանյանի անվան պետական գյուղատնտեսական քոլեջը և Բյուրեղավանի արհեստագործական պետական ուսումնարանը միաձուլելու և Նոր Գեղիի բազմագործառութային պետական քոլեջի վերակազմակերպելու նախագիծը: Ըստ օրենքի պահանջի՝ մասնագիտական կրթության համակարգում սահմանվում է ուսումնական հաստատության «քոլեջ» տեսակի պահանջը, հանրապետությունում գործող բոլոր ուսումնարանները վերակազմակերպվելու են քոլեջների:

Նոր Գեղիի ակադեմիկոս Գ. Աղաջանյանի անվան պետական գյուղատնտեսական քոլեջում ներկա պահին սովորում է 247 ուսանող 7 մասնագիտություններով՝ «Փոխադրումների կազմակերպում և կառավարում տրանսպորտում (ըստ տրանսպորտի տեսակների)», «Մեղվաբուծություն», «Ջերմատնային տնտեսություն», «Գյուղատնտեսության մեքենայացում», «Գյուղատնտեսագիտություն», «Բուսաբուծական արտադրանքի պահպանում և վերամշակում» և «Վայրի բույսերի վերարտադրություն, հավաքագրում և մթերում»:

Բյուրեղավանի արհեստագործական պետական ուսումնարանում ներկա պահին սովորում է 176 ուսանող 8 մասնագիտություններով՝ «Տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործում և նորոգում», «Վարսավիրական արվեստ և զարդային դիմահարդարում», «Համակարգիչների շահագործում», «Խոհարարական գործ», «Ապակու արտադրության տեխնոլոգիա», «Հաշվապահություն» և «Կարի արտադրության տեխնոլոգիա»: Բյուրեղավանի ուսումնարանն ունի ուսումնական գործընթացի կազմակերպման համար մի քանի անգամ մեծ տարածք, որը լիարժեք չի օգտագործվում և լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ են տրամադրվում պահպանման նպատակով: Ուսումնարանի շինությունները երկար տարիներ չեն հիմնանորոգվել, իսկ Նոր Գեղիի գյուղատնտեսական քոլեջին ամրացված ուսումնական մասնաշենքում ներկա պահին իրականացվում է հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ: Վերանորոգումից հետո նախատեսված է հաստատությանը տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ նյութատեխնիկական բազա՝ բոլոր ուսուցանվող մասնագիտությունների համար:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ մինչև 2026 թ.-ը շարունակվելու է արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների օպտիմալացման գործընթացը՝ «Բյուրեղավանի արհեստագործական պետական ուսումնարան» ՊՈԱԿ-ի շենքի հետագա տնօրինման հարցին նախարարությունը կանդրադառնա օպտիմալացման գործընթացների ավարտից հետո:

Ըստ նախարարության, օպտիմալացման արդյունքում Նոր Գեղիի բազմագործառութային պետական քոլեջում կբարձրանա ուսումնական հաստատության կառավարման արդյունավետությունը, կբարելավվեն շենքային պայմանները, այն կապահովվի անհրաժեշտ նյութատեխնիկական բազայով, կպահպանվեն ուսուցանվող մասնագիտությունները և կներդրվեն արդի աշխատաշուկայի պահանջներից ելնելով նոր մասնագիտություններ:
