Շոն «Դիդդի» Քոմբսը թմրանյութ է օգտագործել և գերի է պահել մի կնոջ, մինչդեռ վերջինը հուսահատորեն փորձում էր ամուսնուն հայտնել իր գտնվելու վայրը: Այս մասին ասվում է անանուն կնոջ ներկայացրած նոր հայցում։
Վիճահարույց մեդիամագնատը մեղադրվում է նրա վրա հարձակվելու մեջ այն ժամանակ, երբ նրանք հանդիպել են 1999 թվականին Նյու Յորքում՝ VIP երեկույթի ժամանակ:
Հայցում կինը պնդում է, որ Քոմբսը խոստացել է իրեն ապահով տեղ գտնել միջոցառումից հետո գիշերելու համար: Ենթադրվում է, որ Քոմբսը համոզել է նրան ավելի շատ խմել, որից հետո, ինչպես ասվում է հայցում, նա ժամերով ենթարկվել է ոտնձգությունների և սեռական բռնության:
Նա պնդում է, որ ամուսնուն տեքստային հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկել՝ նշելով հասցեն, որը գտել է մեքենայի հատակին թողած նամակում: Կինը պատմել է, որ հաստատություն ժամանելուն պես Քոմբսը իրեն չորս ժամ ենթարկել է «կրծքագեղձերի և սեռական օրգանների անցանկալի հպման»:
Երբ դեղամիջոցի ազդեցությունը սկսել է նահանջել, կինը պնդում է, որ կարողացել է հեռանալ հաստատությունից:
Փաստաբան Թոնի Բուզբիի կողմից ներկայացված հայցը պահանջում է վնասի փոխհատուցում:
«Քոմբսը սպառնալիք է հասարակության, կանանց ու երեխաների համար։ Թեև նրա հարստությունը տարիներ շարունակ պաշտպանել է նրան հետևանքներից, Քոմբսն այժմ բախվում է ամերիկյան դատական համակարգի ահռելի ուժին և, ի վերջո, երդվյալ ատենակալությանը, որից կպահանջվի պատժել նրան այստեղ նկարագրված աղաղակող վարքագծի համար»,- ասվում է հայցի մեջ։
Քոմբսի իրավաբանական թիմը պատասխան հարված է հասցրել՝ ասելով. «Անկախ նրանից, թե որքան հայցեր են ներկայացվում, հատկապես այն անհատների կողմից, ովքեր հրաժարվում են իրենց անունները ներկայացնել իրենց հայցերում, դա չի փոխի այն փաստը, որ պարոն Քոմբսը երբեք սեռական ոտնձգություն կամ սեռական թրաֆիքինգի չի գործել: Մենք ապրում ենք մի աշխարհում, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է դատի տալ ցանկացած պատճառով: Բարեբախտաբար, կա արդար և անաչառ իրավական գործընթաց ճշմարտությունը պարզելու համար, և պարոն Քոմբսը վստահ է, որ դատարանում կհաղթի»:
Քոմբսի դեմ այս վերջին հայցը բազմաթիվ հայցերից մեկն է, որտեղ մեղադրողները պնդում են, որ նա թմրանյութ է օգտագործել և ոտնձգություններ է կատարել իրենց հանդեպ:
