Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանի՝ փետրվարի 11-ի հրամանով ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետ է նշանակվել Գարիկ Ծատուրյանը։

Նախարարը փետրվարի 12-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի անձնակազմին ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ պետ, արդարադատության փոխգնդապետ Գարիկ Ծատուրյանին։

Ծովինար Թադևոսյանը նախ՝ շնորհավորել է հիմնարկի նորանշանակ պետին հիմնարկի ղեկավարումը ստանձնելու առթիվ, ապա՝ իր խոսքում նշել, որ Գարիկ Ծատուրյանն ունի երկարամյա աշխատանքային փորձ քրեակատարողական ոլորտում, տիրապետում է համակարգի առանձնահատկություններին, և հույս է հայտնել, որ անձնակազմի հետ նրա համատեղ աշխատանքը կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կտա առավել բարձր արդյունքներ։ Գարիկ Ծատուրյանն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վստահության համար՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ կներդրվեն բոլոր ուժերը՝ նշված արդյունքներին հասնելու համար։

Ծառայության պետը նաև անդրադարձել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում առկա մի շարք խնդիրների, որոնց շուրջ պետք է իրականացվեն համապատասխան աշխատանքներ։ «Զրո հանդուրժողականություն կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների նկատմամբ»,- ասել է Ծովինար Թադևոսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ քրեական ենթամշակույթի առկայության, թմրանյութերի և արգելված իրերի ներթափանցման հիմնական պատճառը հենց կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներն են։

Ծովինար Թադևոսյանը խոսել է նաև ազատազրկված անձանց վերասոցիալականացման կարևորության մասին, առանձնակի նշել, որ վերասոցիալականացման արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում մեծ դեր ունի հիմնարկի բոլոր ստորաբաժանումների միասնական աշխատանքը, քանի որ քրեակատարողական համակարգի վերջնական նպատակն է հասարակություն վերադարձնել վերասոցիալականացված, իրավահպատակ և դրական վարքագծով անձանց։
