Հանրային հեռուստատեսության հանրային բանավեճ հաղորդման ժամանակ բողոքող տատիկը, որ ասում էր՝ չեմ կարողանալու այդքան գույքարկ տալ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ դուք հարստացել եք: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ փետրվարի 12-ին, ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ դիմելով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը:
«Որ գույքարկը ավելացել է ձեր պապենական տների վրա դառնալով մի քանի հարյուր հազար, դա սուտ է, դուք ուղղակի հարստացել եք։ Երբ իշխանական մի քանի պատգամավորի ասում էի՝ մարդիկ պապենական այդտեղ ապրում են, ասում են՝ թող տները ծախեն, գնան ծայրամասերում ապրեն: Սա է ժողովրդական իշխանության փիլիսոփայությունը»,-ասաց նա:
Ի պատասխան Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Ամենայն լրջությամբ, ես դիմում եմ պատգամավոր Մանուկյանի հիշատակած տատիկին, մայրիկ ջան, սիրելիս, հարազատս, եթե ձեր տան գույքահարկը մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամ է դարձել, դա նշանակում է, որ ձեր տան գինն էլ դարձել է մի քանի հարյուր հազար դոլար։ Դուք կարող եք ասել, որ չեք ուզում վաճառել ձեր գույքը, ոչ մեկ ձեզ չի ստիպում, բայց եթե ձեր գույքահարկը այդքան է, նշանակում է մի ձեր տան գինը մի քանի հարյուր հազար է։ Այդ նշանակում է, որ նախկինում ձեր տան գինը եղել է շատ ավելի ցածր դրանից:

Ասում է՝ չեմ կարողանում ապրեմ։ Մենք ասում ենք՝ թե ձեր տան մի սենյակը վարձով տաք, դուք կապրեք ապահովության մեջ, ոչ մի բանի պրոբլեմ չեք ունենա։ Էլ չեմ ասում, եթե որոշեք ձեր տունը 6 ամսով վարձով տալ և գնալ գյուղում ապրել, մի քիչ կազդուրվել: Կարող եք նաեւ վարձով տալ ու գնալ անգամ, Ջերմուկի առողջարանում ապրել: Ժողովուրդ, ի՞նչն ենք սխալ ասում»:
