Пашинян: Если повысился налог на имущество, значит повысилась стоимость вашего дома

«Налог на имущество повысился, потому что формулу налогообложения связали с рыночной стоимостью имущества. Если повысился налог на имущество, значит повысилась стоимость вашего дома». Об этом, сегодня, 12 февраля, в ходе правительственного часа заявил премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян.

Пашинян на примере своей квартиры объяснил, какие изменения произошли на рынке недвижимости.

«Я в 2005 году приобрел квартиру, а в прошлом я продал нашу квартиру втрое дороже. Мы ее продали, чтобы приобрести новую квартиру. Высокий налог на имущество означает повышение стоимости имущества. Но это лишь часть истории: налог на имущество идет в общинные бюджеты.

С 2019 года общинные бюджеты удвоились. Но и это еще не все: община тратит бюджет на нужды граждан, но мы реализовали другую законодательную реформу. Мы обязали общины тратить часть бюджета по принципу инициативного бюджетирования. То есть граждане должны решать, на что тратить часть бюджета», - сказал Пашинян.

По его словам, в Армении каждый гражданин думает только о своей квартире и никогда не задумывается о том, что происходит за пределами его дома.

«Когда крыша здания начинает протекать, человек попадает из районной администрации в районную администрацию, потом идет дождь и портит имущество его дома, этот человек не говорит: «Подождите-ка, если бы я вовремя заплатил налог на имущество, воспользовался своим правом голоса, избрал Совет старейшин и участвовал в том, на что тратятся деньги...»», - сказал Никол Пашинян.
