Որքան մարդկային կորուստներ են գրանցվել Սիրիայում՝ ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերի գործողությունների հետևանքով

Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ից սկսած՝ արդեն 4 ամիս ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերը սիրիական իշխանությունների պաշտոնական դիմումի հիման վրա հակաահաբեկչական գործողություններ են իրականացնում Արաբական հանրապետության տարածքում՝ հարվածելով ինչպես «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության, այնպես էլ՝ սիրիական հակակառավարական այլ ընդդիմադիր կառույցների դիրքերին: ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի գլխավոր շտաբը, ռազմական գործողությունների որոշակի ժամանակահատված ամփոփելիս, մշտապես նշում է հակակառավարական խմբավորուներին հասցված ռազմական, նյութական և ռազմավարական նշանակության վնասների մասին՝ շրջանցելով օդային հարվածների հետևանքով առաջացած մարդկային կորուստների բաղադրիչը:
Եվ ահա, Syrian Observatory For Human Rights (SOHR) ընդդիմադիր կողմնորոշում ունեցող սիրիական մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունը, որը լայն աղբյուրների ցանցի է տիրապետում ներքին զինված հակամարտության գագաթնակետում գտնվող Սիրիայի ողջ տարածքում և, որի կենտրոնակայանը տեղակայված է Լոնդոնում, ևս ամփոփել է ռուսական ուժերի գործողությունների արդյունքներն ու հետևանքները՝ նշելով կոնկրետ թվային տվյալներ մարդկային կորուստների վերաբերյալ:
]Այսպիսով՝ ըստ SOHR-ի հրապարակած տվյալների՝ ռուսական օդուժի հարվածների հետևանքով անցած 4 ամիսների ընթացքում սպանվել են «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության 965 գրոհայիններ, սիրական հակակառավարական տարաբնույթ այլ խմբավորումների 1233 զինյալ, ինչպես նաև՝ 1400 խաղաղ բնակիչ. այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ ռուսական օդուժի գործողություններից առավելապես տուժում է Սիրիայի խաղաղ բնակչությունը:
Ուշագրավ է նաև այն իրողությունը, որ SOHR-ը նման բնույթի տեղեկատվություն է տարածում սիրիական հակամարտության հանգուցալուծմանը միտված «Ժնև 3» միջազգային համաժողովի մեկնարկին, ինչը կարող է օգտագործվել սիրիական ընդդիմությանը ներկայացնող պատվիրակության և նրանց արտաքին հովանավորների կողմից՝ Ռուսաստանի վրա հավելյալ ճնշում գործադրելու հարցում:
